Objective To investigate the effect of holistic nursing intervention on efficacy of condyloma acuminatum in anal canal. Methods A total of 60 patients with condyloma acuminatum in anal canal treated in Jiangxi Provincial Dermatology Hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects, and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, 30 cases in each group. The control group was used routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was used holistic nursing intervention under the basis of routine nursing, all of them were nursing for 12 weeks. The rehabilitation effect, negative emotions, treatment compliance and relapse rate of the two groups were compared. Results After 12 weeks of nursing, the total recovery efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); after 4 and 12 weeks of nursing, the treatment compliance score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after cure, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Holistic nursing can improve the efficacy of condyloma acuminatum in anal canal, significantly improve or eliminate negative emotions of patients,improve treatment compliance, and reduce the rate of disease recurrence.
