临床药师干预对创伤骨科I类切口手术预防性使用抗菌药物的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of clinical pharmacist intervention on prophylactic application of antibiotics in type I incision surgery of traumatic orthopedics. Methods A total of 287 patients who received aseptic operation and prophylactic antibiotics in the Department of Orthopedics, Bayannur City Hospital from November 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the control group, and a total of 336 patients receiving aseptic operation and prophylactic antibiotics from November 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the intervention group. The perioperative prophylactic use of antibiotics in the control group was determined by the physician, while the clinical pharmacist in the intervention group went to the Department of Orthopedics for the intervention of irrational use. The type I incision operation and perioperative prophylactic use of antibiotics in the two groups were analyzed. The selection of antimicrobial varieties, rational rate of usage and dosage, duration of administration and postoperative infection were compared between the two groups. Results The rational rate of variety selection, usage and dosage of prophylactic antibiotics in the intervention group were higher than that in the control group, and the duration of administration was shorter than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in infection rate between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion Clinical pharmacist intervention can effectively improve the rational use of prophylactic antibiotics in type I incision surgery.
