楮桃叶药浴联合卡泊三醇倍他米松软膏治疗寻常型银屑病的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Broussonetia Papyrifolia herb bath combined with Capotriol Betamethasone Ointment in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods A total of 69 patients with psoriasis vulgaris admitted to Air Force Medical Center of PLA from March 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.And the patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (32 cases) and the control group (37 cases) according to drawing lots method. The observation period was 4 weeks. The treatment group received Broussonetia Papyrifolia herb bath combined with Capotriol Betamethasone Ointment in the first two weeks, and only topical Capotriol Betamethasone Ointment in the following two weeks. The control group was only given topical Capotriol Betamethasone Ointment for four weeks. The pruritus score, psoriasis area and severity index (PASI) score and total effective rate were compared after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment between the two groups.Results Two weeks after the treatment,the pruritus score and PASI score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Four weeks after the treatment, the pruritus score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05). Four weeks after the treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in PASI score and total effective rate between the two groups (P＞0.05). There were no serious adverse reactions in two groups. Conclusion Broussonetia Papyrifolia herb bath combined with Capotriol Betamethasone Ointment in treating psoriasis vulgaris has remarkable clinical effect, and it is safe and reliable.
