针灸联合大青盐治疗腰椎间盘突出患者的临床效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Halitum in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 60 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation admitted to Yichun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group (30 cases) and observation group (30 cases) randomly according to the touch ball method. The control group was treated with single acupuncture and moxibustion, while the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Halitum. Total effective rate, traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and lumbar function score were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in lumbar functional scores between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).After 15 and 30 days of treatment, the lumbar functional scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the lumbar functional scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment, and the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Halitum in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can effectively enhance the total effective rate of disease treatment, improve the function of the lumbar spine, relieve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, and has clinical application value.
