通经调脏法护理干预在2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention by regulating the meridian and Zang-organs in patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 100 patients with DPN admitted to Shenzhen Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to August 2019 were selected. They were divided into two groups according to different interventions, 50 cases in each group. In the control group, patients were routinely given blood glucose control, circulation improvement,nerve nourishment, and health education and guidance on the protection of DPN. In the observation group, nursing intervention of regulating the meridian and the internal organs was added on the basis of the control group. The motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity (SNCV) of the median nerve and common peroneal nerve of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. The efficacy was determined by giving electromyography examination and clinical symptom observation. Results The total effectiveness rate of the observation group after intervention was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The MNCV and SNCV of the superficial peroneal nerve and median nerve after nursing intervention in the observation group and the control group were higher than those of the intra-group intervention before, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The MNCV and SNCV of the superficial peroneal nerve and median nerve in the observation group after nursing intervention were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment, joint application of the meridian and Zang-organs regulating can alleviate the symptoms of patients with DPN, and can improve the peripheral nerve damage to a certain extent.
