加味黄芪防己汤联合外用空气波治疗乳腺癌术后上臂肿痛的临床效果

Abstract Objective To compare the clinical effect of single external air wave and Jiawei Huangqi Fangji Decoction combined with external air wave in the treatment of upper arm swelling and pain after breast cancer surgery. Methods Sixty patients with postoperative upper arm swelling and pain of breast cancer admitted to the Jingdezhen Third People′s Hospital, Jiangxi Province from January 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with single external air wave, and children in the experimental group were treated with Jiawei Huangqi Fangji Decoction on the basis of the treatment in the control group. Before and after treatment, the differences of upper extremity circumference between the affected side and the healthy side, the pain situation and the improvement of depression were compared between the two groups, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results Before treatment, there were no statistical significances in the differences of upper extremity circumference between the affected side and the healthy side, visual analogue scale (VAS) scores and Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the difference of upper extremity circumference between the affected side and the healthy side in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the VAS score and HAMD score in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.00%, which was higher than that of the control group (66.67%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the single external application of air wave treatment, the combined application of Jiawei Huangqi Fangji Decoction and external air wave in the treatment of upper arm swelling and pain after breast cancer surgery, can achieve more significant clinical effect, and at the same time can help patients relieve pain and depression, which is worthy of promotion and publicity.
