Objective To explore the application effect of postoperative accelerated rehabilitation strategy in patients undergoing weight reduction surgery under general anesthesia. Methods A total of 72 patients who received weight reduction surgery in Xiaolan People′s Hospital of Zhongshan from December 2016 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method, the patients divided into the control group(36 cases)and the observation group(36 cases). The control group was given routine perioperative nursing, and the observation group was given accelerated postoperative rehabilitation strategy. The operation time, hospitalization time, hospitalization expenses and the incidence of ICU return after operation were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization expenses of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of ICU return after operation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The accelerated rehabilitation strategy is very beneficial to the recovery of the patients after weight reduction surgery under general anesthesia, which reduces the operation time and hospitalization time, and reduces the cost of hospitalization, and better promotes the rapid rehabilitation of patients.
