快速康复外科护理在高龄高危前列腺增生并膀胱结石患者围术期的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of fast-track surgery(FTS)nursing on perioperative period in elderly patients with high-risk prostate hyperplasia(BPH)and bladder stones.Methods A total of eighty elderly patients with high-risk BPH and bladder stones admitted to Zhaoqing Second People′s Hospital,Guangdong Province from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given FTS nursing on the basis of the control group.The postoperative recovery,pain,anxiety and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results After the operation,the duration of bladder flushing,urinary indwelling time,first time to get out of bed,first exhaust time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 12.50%,lower than that in the control group of 32.50%,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Three days after the operation,the visual pain analogue scale(VAS)score and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion FTS nursing can effectively shorten the postoperative recovery time of patients with BPH combined with bladder lithotripsy,relieve patients′ pain,improve their anxiety state,and reduce the incidence of complications.
