瘢痕子宫早期妊娠实施超声引导下行无痛人工流产术的临床研究

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided painless artificial abortion in early pregnancy of scar uterus.Methods A total of 90 cases of early pregnancy patients with scar uterus who admitted to Yingtan Maternal and Child Health Hospital,Jiangxi Province from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the research group and the control group according to the blind selection method,with 45 cases in each group.The research group used ultrasound guided painless artificial abortion,and the control group used conventional painless artificial abortion.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,total incidence of postoperative complications and the rate of secondary sterilization postoperative were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 4.44%,which was lower than 17.77% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The rate of secondary sterilization postoperative in the study group was 2.22%,which was lower than 15.55% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided painless artificial abortion is a simple,safe and effective operation method,which is worthy of active promotion and application in clinical practice.
