预混胰岛素与胰岛素泵治疗对糖尿病患者的临床效果及血糖达标时间的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the influence of premixed insulin and insulin pump on the clinical effect and the time to reach the blood glucose standard in patients with diabetes.Methods A total of 136 patients with diabetes who were admitted to the Endocrinology Department of Iron and Coal General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group from December 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to the different methods of administration,divided the patients into control group and study group ,with 68 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Insulin Aspart 30 and the study group was treated with insulin pump Insulin Aspart.The clinical effect and the time to reach the blood glucose standard were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose before treatment and 2 h postprandial blood glucose between the two groups(P＞0.05).Half a month after treatment,fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05),and the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The time of reaching the standard of blood glucose was shorter than that in the control group,and the dosage of insulin in the study group was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The cost of insulin in the study group was lower than that in the control group,but the total cost of consumables was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Insulin pump infusion of Insulin Aspart in the treatment of diabetic patients,can reduce the use of insulin under the condition of better blood glucose control effect,this way is worth recommending.
