他克莫司乳膏治疗湿疹的临床效果及对TNF-α、IFN-γ水平的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of Tacrolimus cream on eczema.Methods A total of 100 patients of eczema admitted to Shenyang Seventh People′s Hospital from January 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group(50 cases)and the observation group(50 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received Tacrolimus cream on the basis of the control group.Treatment effect,secondary infection,symptom improvement time,treatment satisfaction,and changes in tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)levels before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate and total satisfaction of treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the incidence of secondary infection was lower than that in the control group,the improvement time of symptoms was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α and IFN-γ were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of Tacrolimus cream in eczema patients is significant,which can effectively reduce the incidence of secondary infection,reduce inflammation,promote physical recovery of patients,and improve patients′ satisfaction with treatment.It is worthy of popularization and application.
