阿米替林联合文拉法辛治疗产后抑郁患者的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Amitriptyline combined with Venlafaxine in the treatment of postpartum depression and its influence on the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score.Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the data of 116 pregnant women with postpartum depression admitted to the Third People′s Hospital of Ganzhou City from May 2017 to May 2019.According to different treatment methods,the pregnant women were divided into control group and observation group,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Venlafaxine only,while the observation group was treated with Amitriptyline combined with Venlafaxine.HAMD scores of the two groups were compared before treatment and at 2,4 and 6 weeks after treatment.The therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.The total incidence of adverse reactions after treatment was compared between the two groups.Results At 2,4,and 6 weeks of treatment,the HAMD scores of the observation group([21.34±5.31],[15.60±6.67],[11.46±5.93]points)were lower than those of the control group([25.33±5.62],[20.42±6.49],[17.25±6.13]points),and the differences were statistically significant(t=13.344,17.672,21.493,P＜0.05).At 2,4 and 6 weeks of treatment,HAMD scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group(96.55%)was higher than that in the control group(79.31%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.123,P＜0.05).The incidence rates of adverse reactions(dizziness,insomnia,headache and nausea)in the observation group were not significantly different from those in the control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of Amitriptyline and Venlafaxine in the treatment of postpartum depression has a higher effective rate,and the incidence of adverse reactions is not significantly different from that of Venlafaxine alone.Therefore,the effect of combination of Amitriptyline and Venlafaxine is better than that of Venlafaxine alone in the treatment of postpartum depression.
