米非司酮与曲普瑞林治疗子宫肌瘤的效果比较

Abstract Objective To compare the effect of Mifepristone and Tripraline in the treatment of uterine fibroid.Methods A total of 60 patients with uterine fibroid who treated in Department of Gynaecology in Shenyang Women′s and Children′s Hospital from January to June in 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Mifepristone and the control group was treated with Tripraline.The treatment effect,fibroid volume,serum hormone and hemoglobin level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the fibroid volumes of the two groups were smaller than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the fibroid volume of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of estradiol(E2)and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the level of hemoglobin was higher than that before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of E2 and FSH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the level of hemoglobin was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone can significantly reduce the volume of uterine fibroids,reduce the levels of E2 and FSH,increase the level of hemoglobin,and the adverse reactions were less,with more significant clinical efficacy.
