Diagnostic value of combined detection of neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio,fibrinogen,CA199 and CEA in colon cancer |

Abstract Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of combined detection of neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR),fibrinogen(FIB),CA199 and CEA in colon cancer.Methods A total of 174 patients with colon cancer who were first diagnosed in Zhejiang Cancer Hospital from January to June 2019 were selected as the colon cancer group,and 82 patients with benign colon lesions at the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of NLR,FIB,CA199 and CEA in the two groups were detected,and their clinical diagnostic value was analyzed.Results The levels of NLR,FIB,CAl99 and CEA in the colon cancer group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The sensitivity and accuracy of the four combined tests were higher than the results of CEA,CA199 single and combined tests(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of NLR,FIB,CAAl99 and CEA can effectively improve the diagnostic efficacy of tumor markers for colon cancer.
