强化免疫检验质量管理对临床免疫检验检出率的影响

Abstract Objective To analyze the effect of strengthening the quality management of immunoassays on the detection rate of clinical immunoassays.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent immune inspection in Anshan Central Hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the test group and the control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group adopts routine immune inspection quality management,while the test group adopts enhanced immune inspection quality management.The four detection rates of hepatitis B and the average variation index were compared and analyzed.Results The detection rates of hepatitis B surfaco antigen(HbsAg),hepatitis B surface antibody(HbsAb),hepatitis B eantigen(HbeAg)and hepatitis B virus coreantibady(HbcAb)in the four items of hepatitis B in the test group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Thyroid function,alpha-fetoprotein,and tumor markers in the test group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the quality management of immunoassays can improve the accuracy of diagnosis of patients′ diseases.The clinical practice should be to actively promote the quality management of enhanced immunoassays in immunoassays.
