| Clinical effect of Wenjing Decoction combined with acupoint application on primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type |

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wenjing Decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 77 patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type treated in Jingdezhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2018 to October 2019 were selected as research objects.The patients were divided into the reference group(38 cases)and the treatment group(39 cases)according to the even and odd grouping method.The reference group was given Ibuprofen Sustained-release Capsule treatment,and the treatment group was given Wenjing Decoction combined with acupoint sticking treatment.The dysmenorrhea symptoms,prostaglandin F2α level and overall efficacy of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in dysmenorrhea time score,dysmenorrhea degree score and prostaglandin F2α level between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the scores of patients in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the dysmenorrhea time score and dysmenorrhea score of the treatment group were lower than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the prostaglandin F2α level in patients of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the prostaglandin F2α level of the treatment group was lower than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);The Total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group(92.31%)was higher than that in the reference group(71.05%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.845,P=0.016).Conclusion The combination of Wenjing Decoction and acupoint application in the treatment of patients with primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis has obvious clinical advantages,which can effectively shorten the time of dysmenorrhea and relieve the degree of dysmenorrhea.At the same time,it can improve the prostaglandin F2α level and effectively improve the clinical efficacy,and the method can be popularize and applied.
