In this article,one patient with Invasive pulmonary aspergillus infection treated by Voriconazole in department of respiratory medicine of our hospital was selected and the reason of visual blur caused by Voriconazole was analyzed on the basis of excluding all kinds of mental disorders and metabolic encephalopathy before voriconazole treatment.To this type of patients,Volcicconazole can be continued to be selected when other drugs against Invasive pulmonary aspergillus infection can not effectively control the patients′condition,but it is necessary to adjust the dosage of drugs and monitor closely when the drug was used to ensure the rationality and safety of the clinical medication.
