瑞舒伐他汀钙与辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症合并高血压的效果比较

Abstract ObjectiveTo compare the efficacy of Rosuvastatin Calcium or Simvastatin in patients with hyperlipidemia and hypertension.MethodsA total of 200 patients with hyperlipidemia complicated with hypertension treated in our hospital from May 1,2016 to May 1,2017 were selected as subjects.They were equally divided into two groups based on the random number table method,100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Simvastatin and the observation group was treated Rosuvastatin Calcium.The indexe of blood lipidsare was described in the following aspects of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),and blood pressure indexes included systolic and diastolic blood pressures were compared between the two groups.ResultsAfter treatment,the TC,TG and LDL-C in the observation group were　(4.16±0.36)mmol/L,(1.61±0.28)mmol/L and　(2.27±0.41)mmol/L,which were all lower than those of the control group of(5.75±0.51)mmol/L,(2.41±0.29)mmol/L and(3.26±0.38)mmol/L,while the HDL-C in the observation group was(1.52±0.31)mmol/L,which was higher than that in the control group of(1.25±0.34)mmol/L with significance differences　(P＜0.05).The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were　(120.62±8.48)mmHg and　(80.46±4.26)mmHg in the observation group,which were lower than those in the control group of(138.29±12.05)mmHg and(89.62±5.18)mmHg,with statistical significance differences(P＜0.05).ConclusionFor patients with hyperlipidemia and hypertension,Resuvastatin Calcium therapy is more effective than Simvastatin.
