循证护理模式对计划生育科手术患者的手术指标影响

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the influence of evidence-based nursing mode on the operation indexes and emotion of patients in family planning surgical,and to provide the basis for clinical application.MethodsFrom January 2016 to December 2017,1000 patients with family planning surgery in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 500 patients in each group.The evidence-based nursing model and the conventional nursing model were used respectively.The operation indexes,depression and anxiety changes and the satisfaction of the two groups of patients with the nursing model were analyzed.ResultsThe time of getting out of bed,exhausting gas and hospitalization in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before surgery,there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).One month after surgery,the SAS and SDS scores of the control group were not statistically different from those before surgery(P>0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the patients in the experimental group were lower than those before the operation,and the SAS and SDS scores of the patients in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe evidence-based nursing mode could accelerate the recovery speed of the patients and accelerate the postoperative bed time and exhaust time and also can improve the anxiety and nervousness of family planning patients.
