| The effect of bonesetting technique and splint external fixation combined with external washing of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Cooney typeⅣdistal radius fracture |

Abstract ObjectiveTo observe the effect of bonesetting technique and splint external fixation combined with external washing of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Cooney typeⅣdistal radius fracture.MethodsFrom January 2015 to June 2017,38 cases CooneyⅣtype of distal radius fracture patients in our hospital were selected and divided into treatment group and control group,accordance with the principle of randomized,19 cases in each group.Treatment group patients was given the repositioning splint external fixation together with Chinese medicine outside treatment,control group patients was given open reduction and plate internal fixation treatment,after treatment for 6 months,according to Cooney criteria to evaluate function of wrist joint and radiographic evaluation standard.ResultsTwo groups of patients with wrist flexion degree,palm imaging measurement in comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the control group was superior to the treatment group,but compared Cooney score difference of two groups of patients,there was no statistically significant difference (P＞0.05),with Chinese medicine splint external fixation outside wash treatment and surgical treatment CooneyⅣtreatment of distal radius fractures.ConclusionWith Chinese medicine gimmick reset splint external fixation outside wash treatment CooneyⅣcurative effect of distal radius fractures,to CooneyⅣtype of the distal radius fracture treatment provides a new method.
