我院2015～2017年抗肿瘤口服中成药的用药情况

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the medication situation of antitumor oral Chinese patent medicines in our hospital from 2015 to 2017.MethodsMicrosoft Excel software was selected to analyze and count the amount,type,percentage of drug costs,daily average cost(DDC),and frequency of drug use(DDDs)of anticancer oral Chinese patent medicines from 2015 to 2017 in our hospital.ResultsIn 2015,the proportion of the total amount of anti-tumor Chinese patent medicines accounted for 1.45%of the total amount of drugs,the proportion in 2016 was 1.24%,and the proportion in 2017 was 1.17%.The top four in terms of the amount of drugs used for a single variety were Aiyu Capsules,Diyu Shengbai Tablets,Weixuening Granules and Kanglaite Capsules.The top four antitumor oral Chinese medicines of DDDs were Aiyu Capsules,Diyu Shengbai Tablets,Weixuening Capsules and Kanglaite Capsules,and the top four antitumor oral Chinese medicines for the DDC of drugs were Aiyu Capsules,Diyu Shengbai Tablets,Weixuening Capsules and Kanglaite Capsules.ConclusionThe use of antitumor oral Chinese patent medicine in our hospital is basically reasonable,the amount of performance is increasing year by year,in the actual clinical use of drugs should strengthen management and supervision,and then to effectively evade the risk of medication.
