Abstract ObjectiveTo comprehensively evaluate the performance of Sysmex CS2000i Automatic Coagulation Analyzer.MethodsFrom June to December in 2016,20 healthy persons and clinical patients in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.The accuracy,precision,trueness,comparability,carryover rate and linear analysis of Sysmex CS2000i were evaluated and the detection efficiency were compared between the CS2000i and CS5100.ResultsThe accuracy of normal and abnormal level of the three indexes of fibrinogen　(Fib),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and prothrombin time　(PT)detected by CS2000i were both within the range of deviation requirements.And the accuracy met the standard.The batch inprecision results at normal and abnormal levels of the three indexes of PT,APTT and Fib detected by CS2000i were met the range of deviation requirements.The results of day unprecision of the normal level and the abnormal level of the three indexes of PT,APTT and Fib detected by CS2000i were all met the deviation range.The results of the carrying pollution rate of the three indexes of PT,APTT and Fib detected by CS2000i were all met the requirements.The actual mean value of Fib detected by CS2000i was positively correlated with the theoretical value,the correlation formula was y=0.9261x+0.2001　(R2=0.9914).It met the requirements and had a good linear range.The biological reference interval of the three indexes of PT,APTT and Fib detected by CS2000i were in accordance with the recommendation interval.There was no significant difference in the detection values of the three indexes of PT,APTT and Fib between CS2000i and CS5100　(P＞0.05),and the deviation values all met the requirements.The results of interlaboratory quality assessment of the three indexes of PT,APTT and Fib detected by CS2000i were consistent with the quality assessment of the national coagulation laboratory,and all of them passed.ConclusionCS2000i has good detection performance and can be widely used and diagnosed in clinic.
