Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of high quality nursing intervention in elderly patients with painless myocardial ischemia.MethodsA total of 94 elderly patients with painless myocardial ischemia admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into control group and study group,47 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional routine nursing intervention,while the study group was given high-quality nursing intervention,and the nursing effect,complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.ResultsThe sleep quality score of patients in the study group was lower than that of the control group,the incidence of diseases was less than that of the control group,and the incidence of diseases was shorter than that of the control group.The nursing effect of patients in the study group was superior to that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The nursing overall satisfaction of patients in study group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe application of high-quality nursing intervention in elderly patients with painless myocardial ischemia can improve the performance of patients with symptoms,control the incidence of complications,the nursing program can meet the patient care requirements,higher satisfaction with clinical care,the value of the application prominent.
