Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tirofiban combined with Rosuvastatin in the treatment of different ages patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods 300 patients with unstable angina pectoris treated in our hospital from February 2016 to November 2017 were selected.According to the different age,all patients were divided into the the youth group (20-44 years old),the middle-aged group (45-59 years old)and the elderly group (over 60 years),100 cases in each group. The three groups were treated with Tirofiban combined with Rosuvastatin. The clinical effects,ECG changes, echocardiography and adverse cardiac events in the three groups after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate in the youth group, the middle-aged group and the elderly group was 93%,91%and 88%respectively,and there was no significant difference (P>0.05).Electrocardiogram detection results showed that the decline amplitude degree of ST segment in the three groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the decline amplitude degree of ST segment between the three groups after treatment(P>0.05).The results of color Doppler echocardiography showed that there was no significant difference in the LVDd and LVST between the three groups after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the attack time and frequency of episodes of angina pectoris after treatment in the three groups(P>0.05).After treatment, there was no myocardial infarction in the young group. The incidence rate of myocardial infarction in the middle-aged group and the elderly group was 1%and 11%,respectively,there was significant difference between the three groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Tirofiban combined with Rosuvastatin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of different ages has better clinical effect, but the incidence rate of adverse cardiac events in elderly patients is significantly higher than that in young and middle-aged people.
