| Influence of humanistic nursing care on health knowledge and nursing satisfaction of patients with renal calculi surgery |

Abstract ObjectiveTo analyze the effects of humanistic care on health knowledge and nursing satisfaction of patients with renal calculi surgery.Methods100 cases of renal stone surgery patients admitted to our hospital from May 25,2016 to June 28,2017 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into control group (routine nursing intervention)and observation group (implementation of humanistic care care),50 cases in each group.The health knowledge satisfaction score and the compliance of the two groups were compared，and the time of hospitalization,the satisfaction of nursing and the mental state were compared.ResultsThe scores of health knowledge satisfaction([95.65±1.23])score,surgical treatment compliance score([96.68±1.15])score and hospitalization time([6.23±1.02]d)in the observation group were significantly better than that those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was 98%higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The mental state score of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionHumanistic care for patients with renal calculi surgery can improve their health knowledge score,and improve their anxiety and depression,and improve their satisfaction.
