奥拉西坦联合氯吡格雷对急性缺血性脑卒中患者再灌注后脑保护作用的临床研究

Abstract ObjectiveTo Clinical study of Oxiracetam combined with Clopidogrel on cerebral protection after reperfusion in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods86 patients with acute ischemic stroke were selected from December 2016 to December 2017.they were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The study group was Oxiracetam+Clopidogrel,while the control group was oxiracetam.The changes of neurological deficit score and daily living ability score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the changes of serum malondialdehyde and homocysteine levels were observed.ResultsThere was no significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the neurological deficit score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the score of daily living ability was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in serum MDA and homocysteine between the two groups (P＞0.05).After treatment,the level of serum malondialdehyde in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of homocysteine was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).ConclusionAcute ischemic stroke patients with Oxiracetam combined with Clopidogrel therapy,cerebral protective effect on reperfusion significantly,and inhibit inflammatory factors,improve neurological function,worthy of further research and promotion.
