醒脑静注射治疗脑卒中恢复期智力障碍功效与运用

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Xingnaojing Injection in treatment of mental retardation in convalescence of stroke.Methods106 patients with stroke complicated with dysgnosia from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected as object,and they were divided into the two groups according to the random number table method,and there were 53 cases in each group.Two groups were given routine symptomatic treatment,and observation group was treated with Xingnaojing Injection based on the routine treatment.The curative effect,degree of lethargy,degree of intellectual disability,degree of nerve function defect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of observation group(96.23%)was higher than control group(81.13%)(P＜0.05).After 7 d and 14 d treatment,the scores of GCS and MMES in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference had statistical significance (P＜0.05).After treatment,the score of activity of daily living in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05).ConclusionXingnaojing Injection in treatment of mental retardation in convalescence of stroke is effective,and it can effectively promote the recovery of nerve function and intelligence,improve the state of drowsiness of patients,be beneficial to the prognosis,and the druguse is safe and reliable.
