阿奇霉素、丙种球蛋白、利福平联合用药治疗儿童难治性肺炎支原体肺炎的效果观察

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Azithromycine Combined with Gamma Globulin and Rifampicin in the treatment of children with Refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.MethodsFrom March 2012 to March 2016,93 children diagnosed as refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(47 cases)and observation group(46 cases).The control group was treated with azithromycin,while the treatment group was treated with Azithromycin,Gamma globulin and Rifampicin.The curative effect and symptom improvement time were compared between the two groups.ResultsAfter 3 days of treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);The improvement time of symptoms in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P＜0.05).ConclusionAzithromycine combined with Gamma Globulin and Rifampicin in the treatment of children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia has better clinical efficiency,with can effectively reduce the symptoms improved time with a high clinical value.
