阿立哌唑、奥氮平、利培酮治疗儿童青少年精神分裂症的效果比较

Abstract ObjectiveTo compare the efficacy of Aripiprazole,Olanzapine and Risperidone in the treatment of children and adolescents with schizophrenia.Methods86 patients with schizophrenia in the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychology in Xi′an Mental Health Center from September 2015 to July 2017 were selected as the research objects,the patients were randomly divided into the Aripiprazole group(29 cases),the Olanzapine group(29 cases)and the Risperidone group (28 cases),Aripiprazole,Olanzapine and Risperidone were given respectively.The efficacy and safety of each drug were evaluated by positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS)and the test and error support system(TESS)before treatment and after 6 weeks treatment,and serum prolactin (PRL)levels were detected at the same time.ResultsThe PANSS scores of the three groups were significantly lower after the treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.01).There was no significant change in PRL level after treatment in patients in the Aripiprazole group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).The PRL levels of the Olanzapine group and the Risperidone group were significantly higher after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in rhe TESS score between the three groups (P＞0.05).ConclusionThree drugs show similar efficacy in the treatment of schizophrenia in children and adolescents,but Olanzapine and Risperidone treatment can significantly increase serum PRL levels.
