PDCA护理模式对降低颅脑外伤患者并发症的效果研究

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of PDCA nursing model on reducing the complication of traumatic brain injury.MethodsFrom March 2015 to February 2017,117 patients with craniocerebral trauma in our hospital were selected as the subjects,and the patients were divided into two groups according to the time of admission.The control group(n=60)was treated with conventional care.The observation group(n=57)was used PDCA nursing mode to intervene.The incidence of complications,Glasgow Coma Scale（GCS） score,Barthel score,National Institute of Health Stroke Scale（NIHSS）,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.ResultsAfter intervention,the incidence of patients with observation,NIHSS score was lower than that the control group of patients,while the GCS score,Barthel score and nursing satisfaction were higher than that the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionPDCA nursing model has a positive effect in the care of patients with craniocerebral trauma,which can help to reduce the incidence of complications,improve the patient′s condition and improve the nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
