腹腔镜手术联合药物治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo observe and investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with medication in the treatment of ovarian cysts.MethodsA total of 72 patients with ovarian cyst who were admitted to our hospital from January to December 2015 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by randomized block design,with 36 patients in each group.The observation group was given laparoscopic surgery combined with gestrinone,and the control group was given laparoscopic surgery.The clinical effect,the improvement of clinical symptoms,serum sex hormone levels and the incidence rate of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 88.9%,which was significantly higher than 66.7%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate of patients in the observation group was 11.1%,which was significantly lower than the 33.3%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The improvement of lumbar sacral dilation,coital pain and dysmenorrhea in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The sex hormone levels of FSH,LH,E2and P of patients in the observation group 1 year postoperatively were significantly lower than before operation,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of FSH,E2and P of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of LH was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05).ConclusionThe clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery combined with Gestrinone in the treatment of ovarian cysts is significant,can effectively improve clinical symptoms,and the adverse reactions is less,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
