| The effect of body position nursing in the process of expectant mothers |

Abstract ObjectiveTo study on application effect of posture nursing in maternal labor process in.Methods100 cases of pregnant women from August 5,2016 to August 6,2017 in our hospital as the research object,according to the labor were divided into control group and was observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was implemented routine position labor,the observation group used nursing mode of labor.The delivery mode，postpartum hemorrhage,pain,birth process time and neonatal asphyxia rate were observed in two groups of parturients.ResultsThe rate of the two groups of maternal natural childbirth,the observation group was higher than that the control group(P＜0.05);the pain scores were compared between the two groups,the observation group was lower than that the control group(P＜0.05);the two groups were compared in the labor time,the observation group was shorter than that the control group(P＜0.05);asphyxia comparison of rate and neonatal hemorrhage of two groups of maternal postpartum,the observation group was lower than that the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionStrengthening the nursing position helps to shorten the birth process and improve birth outcomes in maternal labor process,to improve the natural birth rate and the quality of delivery.
