改良Brisson术矫治儿童隐匿性阴茎的效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of modified Brisson surgery in the treatment of concealed penis in children.MethodsA total of 92 patients with concealed penis who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to July 2016 were selected.In accordance with the order of admission，the patients were divided into groups,46 cases in each group.The routine group was given Devine surgery,and the experimental group was given modified Brisson surgery.The difference was analyzed.ResultsThe score of postoperative penile appearance in the experimental group was higher than that in the routine group，and the elongation length was longer than that in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the complication rate between the two groups(P＞0.05).The scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the routine group after surgery,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionModified Brisson surgery in the treatment of concealed penis has a significant effect,which is easy to restore normal morphology,and conducive to the normal growth and development,as well as the improvement of quality of life in the children.
