| Application value of laparoscopic ultrasonography in the myomectomy of intramural myoma of the uterus |

Abstract ObjectivesTo investigate the application effect of laparoscopic ultrasonography in the myomectomy of intramural myoma of the uterus.MethodsFrom December 2015 to October 2016,80 patients with intramural myoma of the uterus in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into the treatment group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with laparoscopic ultrasound,and the control groupwas given traditional laparotomy.The amount of intraoperative blood loss,operation time,postoperative hospital stay were compared between the two groups,and the follow-up rate was 3-12 months,the recurrence rate of the two groups was compared.ResultsThe amount of intraoperative blood loss and the cost of hospitalization in the treatment group were significantly less than those in the control group,and the operation time and the time of hospitalization in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The healing rate of the myometrium in the 3 months after operation and half a year after operation in the treatment group was significantly higher than those in the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the healing rate of myometrium between the two groups after 1 years of operation (P＞0.05).After 12 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 2.5%,which was lower than 10.0%in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe effect of laparoscopic ultrasonography is very obvious for the patients with intramural myoma of the uterus,which not only can accurately locate and direct guidance,but also can dig out the lesions of blind spots,and the healing of uterine myometrium is better after operation.It is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
