Objective To study and analyze the effects of trans-theoretical model(TTM)combined with motivational interviewing(MI)intervention on rehabilitation self-efficacy of patients with hemiplegia. Methods A total of 86 patients with hemiplegia admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from May 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into the control group(43 cases)and the experimental group(43 cases)according to the random number table method. The control group received with routine nursing intervention method, and the experimental group received with TTM combined with MI intervention method. The self-efficacy level(general self-efficacy scale[GSES]),ability of daily living(barthel index[BI]),quality of life(generic quality of life inventory-74[GQOL-74])and body movement function(Fugl-Meyer assessment[FMA])were compared between the two groups. Results Before intervention, there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of GSES,BI,GQOL-74 between the two groups(P>0.05).After one month of intervention, the scores of GSES,BI,GQOL-74 in experimental group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After one month of intervention, the FMA grade of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion TTM combined with MI could improve the body movement function and ability of daily living and enhance the self-efficacy and quality of life of patients with hemiplegia, with high clinical application value.
Objective To explore the application value of computerized tomography angiography(CTA)three-dimensional visualization assisted cerebral aneurysm intervention. Methods A total of 74 patients with cerebral aneurysm who were admitted to the Pingxiang People′s Hospital from November 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into an observation group of 37 cases and a control group of 37 cases according to the alternate grouping method. Both groups received intracranial aneurysm intervention. The control group was assisted by three-dimensional digital subtraction angiography(3D-DSA),and the observation group was assisted by CTA three-dimensional visualization. The operation time, radiation dose and Glasgow outcome scale(GOS)score at 3 months after the operation were compared between the two groups, and the complications and recurrence of the two groups were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the operation time, radiation dose or GOS score of the two groups of patients after 3 months(P>0.05).The incidence of thrombus, aneurysm rupture and postoperative aneurysm recurrence rate were compared between the two groups, and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of postoperative puncture point bleeding in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with cranial 3D-DSA assisted cerebral aneurysm intervention, the use of CTA three-dimensional visualization assisted treatment can greatly reduce the incidence of postoperative puncture point bleeding, and the operation time, radiation dose and prognosis are equivalent, without increasing intraoperative thrombosis, the incidence of aneurysm rupture or postoperative aneurysm recurrence rate.
Objective To explore the application effect of new dressing care for open infected wounds of orthopedic surgery patients in preventing postoperative infections. Methods A total of 90 orthopedic surgery patients admitted from January to December 2019 in Huadu District People′s Hospital of Guangzhou were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the control group(45 cases)and the study group(45 cases)according to the random mumber table method. The control group was treated with conventional gauze dressing. The study group was provided with new dressings to change dressings. The hospitalization time, the number of dressing changes, the healing time of orthopedic open infection wounds, the incidence of complications and the evaluation of patients′ satisfaction with nursing care were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The hospitalization time and healing time of orthopedic open infection wounds in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, the number of dressing changes in the study group was less than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was lower than that in the control,.the total satisfaction of nursing care of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of new dressing care for orthopedic open infection wounds of orthopedic surgery patients obtains significant clinical effects. It can shorten the wound healing time, reduce the incidence of complications and improve patients′ satisfaction with nursing work.It is worthy of extensive promotion in the clinic.
