| Clinical study of Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue Decoction combined with acupoint application on bradycardia of yang deficiency and blood stasis type |

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue Decoction combined with acupoint application on bradycardia of yang deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 60 patients diagnosed with bradyarrhythmia of yang-deficiency and blood stasis type in the Department of Cardiology,Yangjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the treatment group and the control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given oral Salbutamol Sulphate Tablets,2 mg/times,3 times/d.Patients in the treatment group were given Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue Decoction,1 dose per day,combined with acupoint application therapy,1 patch per day for a total of 4 weeks.The scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes,total effective rate of TCM syndromes,resting heart rate,24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram average heart rate,minimum heart rate,total heart rate and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in TCM syndrome score in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndromes of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the resting heart rate,24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram average heart rate,the minimum heart rate and the total heart rate in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the resting heart rate,24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram average heart rate,the minimum heart rate and the total heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue Decoction combined with acupoint application can increase the heart rate of patients with bradyarrhythmia of yang deficiency and blood stasis type,improve the symptoms of TCM,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
