| Application effect of in-hospital + early-discharge home rehabilitation model in patients with acute coronary syndrome |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of in-hospital+early-discharge home rehabilitation model in patients with acute coronary syndrome.Methods From June 2019 to June 2020,60 patients with acute coronary syndrome admitted to the First People′s Hospital of Jingdezhen City in Jiangxi Province were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the test group(30 cases).The control group received routine secondary prevention nursing of coronary heart disease,and the test group received in-hospital + early-discharge home rehabilitation model nursing.Both groups received nursing for 3 months.The clinical observation indexes and 6 min walking distance of the two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results There were no significant difference in the total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),body mass index(BMI),systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,smoking cessation rate,6-min walking distance in the first between the two groups before nursing(all P＞0.05).The levels of TC and LDL-C of the two groups of patients after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and the levels of TC and LDL-C of the test group after nursing were lower than those the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The smoking cessation rate of patients in the test group(60.00%)was higher than that of the control group(30.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The 6-min walking distance in the two groups after nursing were greater than those before nursing,and the 6-min walking distance in the experimental group after nursing was greater than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P＜0.05).While there were no significant difference in the levels of the BMI,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups after nursing(all P＞0.05).Conclusion In hospital + early-discharge home rehabilitation mode can effectively improve the levels of TC and LDLC in patients with acute coronary syndrome,increase the 6-minute walking distance,and improve their daily physical activity ability,the application effect is better.
