| Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention and the application of maternal and child health information management platform on the outcome of re-pregnancy in scarred uterus |

Abstract Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention and the application of maternal and child health information management platform on the outcome of re-pregnancy and delivery in scarred uterus.Methods A total of 200 re-pregnant women with scarred uterus who were admitted to Yangjiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March to November 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(n=100)and the observation group(n=100).In the control group,routine prenatal clinics and health education were used,and in the observation group,scarred uterus comprehensive nursing intervention and maternal and child health information platform management were adopted.The delivery methods,the total labor of vaginal delivery,the amount of bleeding during delivery and 24 h after delivery,the occurrence of postpartum complications,the weight of the newborn,and the Apgar scores of the newborn at 1 and 5 min of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group had more vaginal delivery cases than the control group,and the total labor was shorter than that of the control group,the amount of bleeding during delivery and 24 h after delivery were lower than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The rate of postpartum complications occurred in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The weight of newborns in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the Apgar score at 1 min was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in 5 min Apgar score between the groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention and maternal and child health information management platform to pregnant women with scarred uterus can improve the outcome of childbirth.
