四黄膏在糖尿病足溃疡中的研究

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of Sihuang Ointment in diabetic foot ulcer.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with diabetic foot ulcers treated in Jiangxi Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine from March 2019 to May 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(40 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with Mecobalamin tablets orally,and the observation group was treated with Sihuang Ointment combined with Mecobalamin tablets.5 days was a course of treatment,and both groups were treated for 3 courses of treatment.The ulcer wound healing time,hospital stay,total clinical effective rate,the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment and the changes of ankle brachial index(ABI)and toe brachial index(TBI)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The wound healing time and hospital stay of patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total clinical effective rate(95.00%)of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in ABI and TBI between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).The ABI and TBI of the two groups after treatment were significantly greater than those before treatment,and the ABI and TBI levels of the two groups after treatment of the observation group were significantly greater than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P＞0.05).Conclusion Sihuang Ointment can shorten the healing time and hospital stay of patients with diabetic foot ulcers,and significantly improve the total clinical effective rate of patients.It can effectively improve the level of ABI and TBI,and has high safety.
