柴胡疏肝散合四君子汤在胃脘痛患者中的应用

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with Sijunzi Decoction in treatment of patients with epigastric pain.Methods Eighty-two patients with epigastric pain admitted to the 968th Hospital of the Joint Logistic Support Force of the People′s Liberation Army from July 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects.Random number table method was used to divide the patients into the control group and the experimental group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Chaihu Shugan Powder and Sijunzi Decoction.The treatment effect,total incidence of adverse reactions,recurrence rate and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of epigastric pain,epigastric distention,belching and acid reflux in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of epigastric pain,epigastric distention,belching and acid reflux in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with epigastric pain,Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with Sijunzi Decoction has ideal therapeutic effect,can effectively improve the symptoms of patients and inhibit disease recurrence,and is safe and reliable,which worthy of reference.
