加味承气汤对重症急性胰腺炎患者凝血功能的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the influence of Jiawei Chengqi Decoction on coagulation function in patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods From April 2018 to June 2020,96 patients with severe acute pancreatitis from the Second People′s Hospital of Jingdezhen City were selected,and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group by random number table method.The experimental group received conventional comprehensive treatment combined with Jiawei Chengqi Decoction treatment,the control group received conventional comprehensive treatment.The coagulation function(fibrinogen[FBG],activated partial thromboplastin time[APTT],prothrombin time[PT],platelet count[PLT],and thrombin time[TT])and biochemical indicators(serum calcium concentration,serum amylase)of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the level of FBG of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,APTT,PT,TT of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the level of PLT indicators of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the serum calcium concentration of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the blood amylase of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Jiawei Chengqi Decoction in patients with severe acute pancreatitis can help patients restore blood coagulation function and improve the quality of life of patients,the clinical treatment effect is significant,and it is worthy of promotion and application.
