| Application effect of acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine body differentiation and conditioning nursing in patients with hypertension |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine body differentiation and conditioning nursing in patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 130 hypertensive patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.The random number table was used to divide them into the observation group(65 cases)and the control group(65 cases).The control group used conventional treatment and traditional Chinese medicine body-differentiation and conditioning nursing methods,and the observation group used conventional treatment,traditional Chinese medicine body-differentiation and conditioning nursing methods and acupoint massage methods.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients after 3 months of nursing,before nursing and 3 months after nursing,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes such as pain,dizziness,irritability，insomnia,tinnitus,anxiety,depression,and quality of life negative emotions were compared.Results After 3 months of nursing,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group(90.77%)was higher than that of the control group(72.31%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The two groups had headache,dizziness,irritability and irritability after 3 months of nursing,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes such as anger,insomnia,tinnitus,anxiety,depression,quality of life and negative emotion scores were lower than those before nursing,The observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine body differentiation and conditioning nursing can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with hypertension,improve emotions,improve compliance and clinical efficacy,and control the progression of the disease.
