补肺化浊汤联合穴位贴敷治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期的临床研究

Abstract Objective To study the clinical effect of Bufei Huazhuo Decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in remission.Methods A total of 60 COPD patients who came to Fuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the rasearch objects,and they were divided into the control group and the test group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given Tiotropium Bromide Powder Inhalation,and the patients in the test group were given Bufei Huazhuo Decoction and acupoint application treatment.Patients in both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The symptom scores,lung function,dyspnea,quality of life,blood rheology indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the test group(83.3%)was higher than that of the control group(73.3%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the levels of forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the 1 second(FEV1)and FEV1 as a percentage of predicted value(FEV1%)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The FVC,FEV1 and FEV1% levels of the two groups of patients after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The FVC,FEV1 and FEV1% of the test group after treatment were higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the scores of the modified British Medical Research Council respiratory questionnair(mMRC)and the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test(CAT)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of mMRC and CAT of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of mMRC and CAT of the test group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in high-cut whole blood viscosity,mid-cut whole blood viscosity,low-cut whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,high-cut whole blood viscosity,mid-cut whole blood viscosity,low-cut whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,high-cut whole blood viscosity,mid-cut whole blood viscosity,low-cut whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of the test group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bufei Huazhuo Decoction combined with acupoint application can alleviate the clinical symptoms and hemorheology of patients with COPD in remission,while reducing the number of acute attacks,thereby improving patients′ lung function and improving their quality of life.
