中医推拿、生姜穴位贴敷配合穴位按摩在改善血液透析患者胃肠道不适中的作用

Abstract Objective To study the clinical significance of Traditional Chinese Medicine Massage,ginger acupoint application combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of gastrointestinal discomfort during hemodialysis.Methods A total of 60 patients with gastrointestinal discomfort during hemodialysis in the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases).The control group was treated with ginger acupoint application combined with acupoint massage,and the observation group was treated with Traditional Chinese medicine massage on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,motilin and substance P content before and after treatment,Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score(nausea and vomiting,vomiting,vomiting water,dizziness and anorexia)and quality of life(mental state,physical health,social role,material life)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 ).After treatment,the contents of motilin and substance P in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05 ).After treatment,the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 ).After treatment,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine massage,ginger acupoint application combined with acupoint massage in patients with gastrointestinal discomfort during hemodialysis is significant,which can effectively alleviate gastrointestinal discomfort,increase gastric motility,reduce Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes and improve quality of life.
