5 Expression and significance of minichromosome maintenance protein 2 in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma were analyzed based on bioinformatics

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of minichromosome maintenance protein 2 (MCM2) in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). Methods The Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) databases were adopted to compare the expression of MCM2 in HNSCC with normal tissues, and the UALCAN database was used to analyze the expression of MCM2 in HNSCC and normal tissues in different conditions. The association of MCM2 with immune cells was analyzed by the TIMER database. Linked Omics and STRING databases were used to study genes closely related to MCM2. Finally, GSCALite database was used to analyze drug targets of the related key genes. Results The expression of MCM2 in HNSCC was higher than that in normal tissues, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The expressions of MCM2 in HNSCC of different age groups, gender, tumor grades, clinical stages and lymphatic metastasis were higher than that in normal tissues, the expression of MCM2 in human papilloma virus (HPV) positive patients was higher than that in HPV negative patients, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The expression of MCM2 in HNSCC was positively correlated with the infiltration level of immune cells (P<0.05). GSCALite database analysis showed MCM2 was regulated by nPK76 -II -72 -1, Navitoclax, GSK1070916 and I -BET -762. Conclusion MCM2 was highly expressed in HNSCC, which could be used as a new target for diagnosis and drug treatment of HNSCC.

9 Clinical value of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging combined with diffusion weighted imaging in the diagnosis of uterine sarcoma

Objective To investigate the clinical value of dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance (DCE-MRI) combined with diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI-MRI) in the diagnosis of uterine sarcoma. Methods The clinical data of 26 patients with uterine sarcoma in Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2014 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed, and the clinical data of 29 patients with degenerative uterine fibroids in Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital during the same period were selected for analysis. All patients were diagnosed by conventional color ultrasound, DCE-MRI and DWI-MRI before surgery. The maximum contrast enhancement rate (MCER), apparent dispersion coefficient (ADC) and peak time (TTP) of patients with uterine sarcoma and degenerative uterine fibroids were compared, and the efficacy of conventional color ultrasound, DCE-MRI combined with DWI-MRI in the diagnosis of uterine sarcoma was analyzed using pathological examination as the gold standard. Results The MCER of patients with uterine sarcoma was higher than that of patients with degenerative uterine fibroids, TTP was shorter than that of patients with degenerative uterine fibroids, ADC was lower than that of patients with degenerative uterine fibroids, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The coincidence rate, sensitivity and specificity of conventional color ultrasonography in the diagnosis of uterine sarcoma were 70.91% (39/55), 61.54% (16/26) and 79.31% (23/29), respectively. The coincidence rate, sensitivity and specificity of MRI (DCE combined with DWI) in the diagnosis of uterine sarcoma were 78.18% (43/55), 80.77% (21/26) and 75.86% (22/29), respectively. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve showed that MRI (95%CI=0.845-0.926, AUC=0.911) in the diagnosis of uterine sarcoma was higher than conventional color ultrasound (95%CI=0.881-0.927, AUC=0.898). Conclusion DCE-MRI combined with DWI-MRI has good sensitivity and high coincidence rate in the diagnosis of uterine sarcoma, which can provide scientific reference for the preoperative non-invasive diagnosis of uterine sarcoma.

13 Application effect of different concentrations of Ropivacaine ultrasoundguided erector spinal muscle plane block in perioperative period of thoracoscopic surgery

Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasound-guided erector spinal muscle plane block (ESPB) with different concentrations of Ropivacaine on immune inflammation, pain and lung function after thoracoscopic lobectomy. Methods From January 2020 to March 2021, 120 patients who were scheduled to undergo thoracoscopic lobectomy in Huizhou First People's Hospital were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into group A (n=30), group B (n=30), group C (n=30) and group D (n=30) by random number table method. Group D received patientcontrolled intravenous analgesia (PCIA) alone, On the basis of group D, group A, group B and group C received ESPB analgesia at the left T5level with 0.250%, 0.375% and 0.500% Ropivacaine under ultrasound guidance, respectively. Forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1), forced vital capacity (FVC) and Prince-Henry pain score were measured before operation (T0), on the first day after operation (T1), and after thoracic drainage tube removal (T2) of four groups. Venous blood was collected to detect the levels of T lymphocyte subsets, C-reactive protein (CRP), tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α) and other immune inflammatory indicators. The total incidence of adverse reactions and the number of remedial analgesia were statistically compared among the four groups. Results At T1and T2, Prince-Henry pain scores in group A, group B and group C were lower than those in group D, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in FEV1and FVC among the four groups at T0 (P>0.05). At T1and T2,FEV1and FVC of the four groups were lower than T0, with statistical significance(P<0.05). At T1and T2, FEV1and FVC in group A, B and C were higher than those in group D, and FEV1and FVC in group B and C were higher than those in group A, with statistical significance(P<0.05). At T0, there was no significant difference in immune inflammation indexes among the four groups (P>0.05). At T1 and T2, the immune inflammatory indexes of the four groups were lower than T0, with statistical significance (P<0.05). At T1and T2, CD8+, CRP and TNF-α in group A, B and C were lower than those in group D, and CD3+and CD4+were higher than those in group D, CD8+, CRP and TNF-α in group B and C were lower than those in group A, while CD3+and CD4+were higher than those in group A, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The number of remedial analgesia in group A, B and C was lower than that in group D, and the number of remedial analgesia in group B and C was lower than that in group A, with statistical significances (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the number of remedial analgesia between group B and group C (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions among the four groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Ropivacaine ultrasound-guided ESPB after thoracoscopic lobectomy has a better analgesic effect and helps to improve immune inflammation and pulmonary function. And the application of ropivaca at a concentration of 0.375% is more feasible and safe.

18 Clinical value of platelet/lymphocyte ratio in left ventricular thrombosis after acute anterior wall myocardial infarction

Objective To investigate the clinical value of platelet/lymphocyte ratio (PLR) in left ventricular thrombosis after acute anterior wall myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 131 patients with acute anterior myocardial infarction diagnosed with acute anterior myocardial infarction in Yuebei People's Hospital from January 2017 to July 2021 were retrospectively selected as research objects, according to the occurrence of left ventricular thrombus (LVT), they were divided into thrombosis group (n=32) and control group (n=99). Blood samples were drawn from the median cubital vein on admission for the determination of biochemical and coagulation parameters. LVT is diagnosed by echocardiography or contrast echocardiography. Results Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in the proportion of ventricular aneurysm, platelet count (PLT), neutrophil count (NEU), PLR, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) in thrombosis group and control group (P<0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that PLR (β=0.075, OR= 1.078, 95%CI=1.025-1.134), ventricular aneurysm formation (β=2.193, OR=8.960, 95%CI=1.252-64.111) were risk factors for LVT occurence. LVEF (β=-0.145, OR=0.865, 95%CI=0.784-0.953) was a protective factor for LVT occurrence (P<0.05). Receiver operation characteristic (ROC) curve showed the best cut-off point of PLR for predicting LVT was 215.35, the area under curve (AUC) was 0.756 (95%CI=0.661-0.852, P<0.001), the sensitivity was 0.563, and the specificity was 0.818. Conclusion In patients with anterior myocardial infarction, aneurysm formation and elevated PLR are independent risk factors for the occurrence of LVT, and elevated LVEF is a protective factor for the occurrence of LVT. PLR is related to the occurrence of LVT, it is a valuable indicator for judging LVT in clinical practice.

26 Research progress on the influence of concentration and timing of epidural labor analgesia on mother and infant

In recent years, with the improvement of people's living standards, parturients have higher and higher requirements for painless delivery. With the rapid development of modern medicine, a variety of advanced labor analgesia methods and analgesic drugs continue to emerge. Among them, epidural labor analgesia is considered to be the most commonly used method of labor analgesia, which can effectively relieve labor pain. however, analgesia may cause prolonged labor, neonatal asphyxia and delivery complications including fever, postpartum hemorrhage, urinary retention and so on. Therefore, this paper reviews the research progress on the effect of epidural analgesia concentration, timing and adverse reactions on mothers and infants, in order to provide a reference basis for clinical discussion of delivery analgesia strategies.

31 Research progress of autoimmune diseases complicated with posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome

Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) is a clinical-neuroimaging syndrome with a good prognosis in most cases and complete recovery of clinical and imaging abnormalities after treatment. PRES has various etiologies, and most of them are induced by underlying diseases, such as hypertension, renal insufficiency, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), hematological diseases, sepsis, cytotoxic drugs and organ transplantation. At present, autoimmune diseases have been proved to be an important subtype of diseases causing PRES. In order to further improve the understanding of rheumatologists, timely treatment, and im prove the prognosis, this article describes the research progress of autoimmune diseases complicated with reversible posterior encephalopathy syndrome.

36 Confirmation and verification of zearalenone determination method in new standard of Coicis Semen

Objective Taking the newly added zearalenone determination method for Coicis Semen as an example, this paper expounds how to confirm and verify the method when the legal standard is used for the first time in the laboratory. Methods The specificity, accuracy, precision, detection limit, quantitative limit and linearity of zearalenone determination method were validated. Results The linear relationship of zearalenone was good, r=0.9991, the blank solution had no interference peak, the recovery was 83.2%-90.2%, RSD was 3.1%, the detection limit was 0.1 μg/kg, the quantitative limit was 3.8 μg/kg, the results were in accordance with the requirements of "9101 analytical method validation guidelines" published in 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Conclusion Methods the contents of validation should be examined according to the complexity of the analytical method and the characteristics of the samples tested.

40 Study of preparation and quality of Torasemide Injection

Objective To explore the formulation and preparation process of Torasemide Injection with high quality and stability. Methods The formulation of Torasemide Injection was determined by screening excipents and proportion. The preparation process of torasemide for injection was determined by investigating the temperature of liquid mixing and pH, decarbonization process and filtration material, filling container and freeze-parameters. Results The best prescriptions were Torasemide (10 mg), Sodium Bicarbonate (20 mg), Mannitol (100 mg). The preparation temperature is controlled at 15-25℃, and the pH value of the liquid was adjusted to 9.0 by 5% sodium hydroxide, and stored below 10℃at the same time. Polyethersulfone membrane was used for filtration with 0.45 μm+0.22 μm. Colorless low-borosilicate glass controlled injection bottle 5 ml or 10 ml, butyl bromine rubble plug for packaging. The optimum freeze-drying process conditions was that products were pre-frozen for 3 hours at -40℃. The heat conducting oil was heated to 0℃for 40-60 hours. The heat conducting oil was heated to 20℃for 6-8 hours. The final product was kept at 35℃for 6-8 hours. The contents of 202009031, 202009032 and 202009033 samples were 100.21%, 100.83% and 99.82% respectively by high performance liquid chromatography. During months long-term test and accelerated test, the moisture content of 202009031 samples increased, but all of them were within the limit, and other inspection indexes did not change significantly. During months long-term test and accelerated test of 202009032 and 202009033 samples, the related substances increased slightly and the moisture content increased slightly, but all of them were within the limits, and the other indexes did not change significantly. Conclusion The Torasemide Injection prepared by this prescription and process has stable quality, good feasibility and suitable for industrial production.

45 Determination of Vancomycin in human plasma by high performance liquid chromatography

Objective To establish the method for determination of Vancomycin in human plasma by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods High performance liquid chromatography with norvancomycin as internal standard was used for detection. The liquid chromatography was performed on Kinetex C18(100 mm×4.6 mm, 2.6 μm), and acetonitrile-0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer (pH=3.2) was used as the mobile phase to gradient elute, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, the column temperature was 40℃, and the detection wavelength was 220 nm. The plasma sample was precipitated with Zinc Sulfate and injected with a volume of 10 μl. Results The linear range of Vancomycin was 2.22-111.11 μg/ml (R2=0.9995, n=6), intra-day relative standard deviation<4.86%, intra-day relative standard deviation<3.72%, the absolute recovery was over 94.6%. Conclusion High performance liquid chromatography is sensitive and accurate, which can be used in clinical detection of plasma Vancomycin concentration, guide clinical individualized drug administration, improve the efficacy and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.

49 Predictive value study of HBVpgRNA for viral relapse in chronic hepatitis B patients after drug withdrawal

Objective To explore the predictive value of hepatitis B virus pregenomic RNA (HBVpgRNA) for viral relapse in patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB) after drug withdrawal. Methods From January 2019 to January 2020, 42 CHB patients after drug withdrawal from the Liver Disease Clinic of Longgang District Central Hospital of Shenzhen City were selected as the research objects, and then the enrolled patients were followed up for 24 months. The situation of HBVpgRNA, hepatitis B virus deoxyribonucleic acid (HBV DNA), hepatitis B five quantitative and liver function were tested regularly. According to the follow-up results, they were divided into the virological relapse group and the non relapse group, and the differences of the above detection indicators between the two groups were compared. Re-sults The titers levels of HBVpgRNA and HBsAg of the viral relapse group at the time of drug withdrawal and the viral relapse occurred were significantly higher than those of the non-relapsed group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Serum HBVpgRNA positive after drug withdrawal was an independent risk factor for viral relapse (HR=3.99, 95%CI:1.03-15.38, P=0.045). HBsAg>1000 U/ml after drug withdrawal was another independent risk factor for viral relapse (HR=20.81, 95%CI: 4.66-92.99, P=0.000). The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve showed that the area under the curve (AUC) of HBVpgRNA and HBsAg independently predicting viral relapse in patients with CHB after drug withdrawal was 0.857 (sensitivity was 65.00%, specificitywas 100.00%) and 0.886 (sensitivity was 90.00%, specificity was 77.27) respectively. The AUC of the combined detection of HBsAg and HBVpgRNA was 0.936, compared with the the two alone, there were no statistically significant the difference (P>0.05), the sensitivity was 90.00% and the specificity was 86.36%. Conclusion The expression levels of HBVpgRNA and HBsAg in patients with viral relapse are significantly higher than those in the non-relapsed patients when the drug was discontinued. HbvpgRNA positive and HBsAg>1000 U/ml are independent risk factors for viral relapse in patients with CHB after drug withdrawal, which has certain clinical value in predicting safe drug withdrawal in patients with CHB.

54 Influence of home enteral nutrition on nutritional status in patients after radical gastrectomy

Objective To explore the influence of home enteral nutrition on nutritional status in patients after radical gastrectomy. Methods A total of 115 patients undergoing radical gastrectomy from August to December 2018 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the study group (47 cases) and the control group (68 cases) according to random number table method. The patients in the study group received home enteral nutrition combined with regular diet education after discharge, while the patients in the control group only received regular diet education after discharge. The changes in body weight, nutritional indexes and immunity indexes were compared. Results The body weight of the two groups at 30 and 60 days after discharge were lower than those before discharge, and the body weight loss of the study group at 60 days after discharge was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of serum total protein and serum albumin in the two groups at 30 days after discharge were lower than those before discharge, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the body weight between the two groups at 30 and 60 days after discharge (P>0.05). There were no significant differences in the body weight and the body weight loss between the two group after 60 days of discharge and 30 days of discharge (P>0.05). There were no significant differences in the levels of serum total protein, serum albumin and hemoglobin at 30 days after discharge, as well as the levels of CD3, CD4, CD8 and CD4/CD8 at 30 days after discharge between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Family enteral nutrition can maintain the body weight of patients, reduce the body weight loss of patients, and improve the nutritional status of patients to a certain extent, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

58 Influence of different enteral nutrition preparation on severe patients with stress hyperglycemia after neurosurgery

Objective To study the control effect of different enteral nutrition (EN) preparation on stress hyperglycemia in severe patients in neurosurgical intensive care unit (NICU). Methods From August 2019 to December 2020, 64 severe patients with stress hyperglycemia in NICU, Department of Neurosurgery, the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University, were retrospectively selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into the control group (32 cases) and the observation group (32 cases) according to random number table method. Patients in the control group were treated with whole protein EN preparation (Nutrison Fiber), and patients in the observation group were treated with EN preparation containing slow-release starch (Ruidai EN solution). Patients in the two groups were given constant rate of infusion of the nutrition pump through a nasogastric tube. The levels of glusoes average (GLUave), the glusoes maximumn (GLUmax), the glusoes minimum (GLUmin), the glusoes standard deviation (GLUsd), the glusoes coefficient of variation (GLUcv) and the incidence of hyperglycemia were compared between the two groups. The levels of serum total protein, albumin, triacylglycerol and total cholesterol were recorded before and after treatment between the two groups, and the incidence of feeding intolerance was observed between the two groups. Results The levels of GLUave, GLUmax, GLUsd, GLUcvand the incidence rate of hyperglycemia of the observation group patients were lower than those of the control group, and the level of GLUminof the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistical significance (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the levels of serum total protein, albumin, triacylglycerol and total cholesterol between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). The levels of serum total protein, albumin of the two group after treatment were higher than before treatment, the differences were statistical significance (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the levels of triacylglycerol and total cholesterol between the two groups after treatment (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of feeding intolerance between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Ruidai EN solution can better control the blood glucose level and blood glucose fluctuations of critically ill patients in neurosurgery NICU, and effectively observe and evaluate the feeding tolerance of patients.

62 Clinical efficacy and safety study of Misoprostol combined with Oxytocin in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of Misoprostol combined with Oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage (PH). Methods A total of 80 PH patients who were admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Hainan West Central Hospital from January 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given oxytocin treatment, and the observation group was given Misoprostol combined with Oxytocin treatment. The postpartum amount of blood loss, coagulation function indicators, oxidative stress indicators and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The amounts of postpartum blood loss at 2 and 24 h after delivery in the observation group were less than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the thrombin time (TT) and activated partial thrombin time (APTT) in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum lipid peroxide (LPO) of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the serum glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). No significant difference was observed in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Misoprostol combined with Oxytocin can effectively reduce the amount of blood loss in PH patients, improve coagulation function, and reduce oxidative stress response, with fewer adverse reactions.

66 Application effect of expectoration intervention combined with pulmonary ultrasound-assisted body position drainage in mechanical ventilation

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of high frequency chest wall oscillation (HFCWO) expectoration intervention combined with lung ultrasound-led postural drainage in mechanically ventilated patients. Methods A total of 100 patients with invasive mechanical ventilation who were admitted to the First Department of Critical Care Medicine, North Campus of Yancheng First People's Hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected as subjects and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, 50 cases in each group. Both groups were given standard routine treatment, the control group was given HFCWO treatment, and the observation group was combined with lung ultrasound-led postural drainage on the basis of the control group. The oxygenation index (OI) was compared between the two groups before treatment and 3, 7, and 14 days after ICU admission. The circulation indexes (heart rate [HR], mean arterial pressure [MAP] and respiratory rate [R]) of the two groups were compared 10 min before treatment (T0), 15 min after treatment (T1) and 10 min after treatment (T2). The recovery time of the two groups was compared. Results There was no significant difference in OI between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After 3, 7 and 14 days of ICU admission, the OI levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in HR, MAP and R at T0, T1and T2between the two groups (P>0.05). The mechanical ventilation time and ICU stay time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion HFCWO expectoration intervention combined with lung ultrasound-led postural drainage in patients with mechanical ventilation has a significant clinical effect, which is helpful for the implementation of precise chest physiotherapy strategies, and the circulatory indicators are relatively stable, improving the oxygenation of patients, thereby accelerating the patient recovery.

70 Effect of cardiac rehabilitation on cardiac function and prognosis of patients with acute coronary syndrome after percutaneous coronary intervention

Objective To investigate the effect of cardiac rehabilitation on cardiac function and prognosis of patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) after the percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods The retrospective analysis was adopted. A total of 120 ACS patients who were admitted to Jingdezhen First People's Hospital from June 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the different treatment methods, with 60 patients in each group. The control group was given routine treatment after PCI, and the experimental group was given cardiac rehabilitation therapy on the basis of the control group, with 12 weeks as a treatment period. The cardiac function (left ventricular end-diastolic diameter [LVEDD], left ventricular ejection fraction [LVEF]), quality of life (Seattle Angina scale), exercise tolerance (maximum oxygen uptake [VO2 max], maximum heart rate [HRmax], 6-minute walking distance [6MWT], metabolic equivalent [METs]), and incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) were compared between two groups during the treatment period. Re-sults Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in LVEDD and LVEF between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the LVEDD and LVEF in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After intervention, the score of quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, no differences were observed in the VO2 max, HRmax, 6MWT and METs between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the VO2 max, 6MWT and METs in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the HRmax in experimental group was lowerthan that in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). During the treatment, the incidences of MACE in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Cardiac rehabilitation after PCI for ACS patients can improve cardiac function, quality of life and exercise tolerance, and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events.

74 Application of Amlodipine Benazapril Tablets (Ⅱ) in elderly patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease

Objective To investigate the application of Amlodipine Benazapril Tablets (Ⅱ) in elderly patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease. Methods From April 2020 to April 2021, 92 elderly patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease admitted to Rizhao People's Hospital were selected as the study objects. They were divided into the reference group and the trial group, with 46 cases in each group. Patients in the reference group were treated with Amlodipine Tablets orally, and patients in the trial group were treated with Amlodipine Beenapril Tablets (Ⅱ) orally. The levels of 24 h mean diastolic blood pressure (24 h DBP), 24 h mean systolic blood pressure (24 h SBP), endothelin-1 (ET-1), and nitric oxide (NO) before and after treatment were compared, and the efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results There was no statistical difference in the levels of 24 h DBP, 24 h SBP between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of 24 h DBP and 24 h SBP in the two groups were lower than before treatment, the differences were significant (P<0.05). The levels of 24 h DBP and 24 h SBP in the trial group after treatment were lower than those in the reference group, the differences were significant (P<0.05). There were no statistical difference in the levels of ET-1 and NO between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). The levels of ET-1 in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the levels of NO in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, the differences were significant (P<0.05). Thelevel of ET-1 in the trial group was lower than that in the reference group, and the level of NO in the trial group after treatment was higher than that in the reference group, the differences were significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate in the trial group was higher than that in the reference group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For elderly patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease, Amlodipine Beenapril Tablets (Ⅱ) can better control blood pressure, improve vascular endothelial function, and improve its therapeutic effect.

78 Correlation analysis of obesity and hypertension in young and middleaged men

Objective To investigate the occurrence of hypertension, and to analyze the correlation of obesity and hypertension in young and middle-aged men. Methods Using convenient sampling method, 2350 young and middle-aged men who underwent physical examination in the Wenling City First People's Hospital from January 2019 to October 2021 were randomly selected for analysis. They were divided into the hypertension group (447 cases) and the non hypertension group (1903 cases) according to the presence or absence of hypertension symptoms. The risk factors of obesity and hypertension in young and middle-aged men were screened, and the correlation between obesity and hypertension in young and middle-aged men was analyzed. Results Univariate analysis showed that there were no significant difference between the two groups in terms of residence, education level and family history of hypertension (P>0.05). There were statistically significant in the data of overweight, obesity and abdominal obesity between the two groups (P<0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis of the prevalence of hypertension in the two groups showed that overweight, obesity and abdominal obesity were independent risk factors for hypertension (P<0.05), and which were highly correlated with patients with hypertension. Overweight (r=0.679), obesity (r=0.656) and abdominal obesity (r=0.673) were positively correlated with hypertension, there were statistical differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Young and middleaged men have a high prevalence of hypertension, so they need to pay attention to their weight status. Obesity and overweight are important risk factors affecting the prevalence of hypertension in young and middle-aged men residents, and intervention should be carried out for high-risk groups according to the characteristics of obesity epidemic.

81 The effect of coenzymeⅠfor injection on the early prognosis of elderly patients after valve replacement combined with coronary artery bypass grafting

Objective To investigate the effect of coenzyme I for injection (NAD+) on the early prognosis of elderly patients undergoing valve replacement combined with coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods A total of 54 elderly patients who underwent valve replacement combined with coronary artery bypass surgery at Wuhan Asia Heart Hospital from July 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into the study group (27 cases) and the control group (27 cases) by random number table method. The control group received conventional treatment, and the study group received NAD+on the basis of conventional treatment. The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), N-terminal pro-B type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) levels, and the size of the heart cavity were compared between the two groups of patients before and after surgery. The occurrence of postoperative complications was observed. Re-sults 7 days after operation, the NT-proBNP in the study group was lower than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). While, there was no significant difference in LVEF between the two groups 7 days after operation (P>0.05). 7 days after operation, there were no significant differences in the size of left atrium and left ventricle between the two groups (P>0.05). There were no death or second thoracotomy in the two groups after operation. In terms of other postoperative complications, atrial fibrillation occurred in 4 cases (14.81%) and pleural effusion in 18 cases (66.67%) in the study group, while atrial fibrillation occurred in 7 cases (25.92%) and pleural effusion in 23 cases (85.18%) in the control group. The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion The use of NAD+after valve replacement combined with coronary artery bypass surgery has a positive effect on the early prognosis of elderly patients.

85 Application effect of early postoperative neurological rehabilitation in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To explore the application effect of early postoperative neurorehabilitation in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 60 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in the Department of Neurosurgery of Jiujiang first people's Hospital from August 2017 to August 2021 were retrospectively selected. According to the postoperative treatment methods, they were divided into early group and late group, with 30 cases in each group. The early group received nerve rehabilitation treatment 4-7 days after operation, and the late group received nerve rehabilitation treatment 1-2 weeks after operation. Neurological function, daily living activity, motor function, cognitive function, clinical efficacy, bed time, improvement time of neurological function, improvement time of daily living activity and prognosis of 2 groups were statistically analyzed. Results After treatment, the score of National Institute of Health stroke scale (NIHSS) in the early group was lower than those in the late group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the scores of Fugl Meyer motor function scale (FMA), activity of daily living scale (ADL) and mini mental state scale (MMSE) were higher than those in the late group (P<0.05). The total effective rate in the early group was 93.33% (28/30) higher than that in the late group 66.67% (20/30), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The bed time in the early group was shorter than that in the late group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The improvement time of neurological function was shorter than that in the late group (P<0.05), and the improvement time of daily living activity was shorter than that in the late group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The prognosis of the early group was better than that of the late group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Early postoperative neurological rehabilitation is better than late postoperative neurological rehabilitation in the treatment of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.

89 Study on correlation between mild cognitive impairment and transient ischemic attack

Objective To analyze the correlation between transient ischemic attack and mild cognitive impairment. Methods A total of 100 patients with transient ischemic attack who were hospitalized in the Department of Neurology from January 2019 to January 2021 in Hangzhou Fuyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research group, and 100 healthy subjects during the same period were selected as the control group, the two groups were evaluated for cognitive function, the complete clinical data were collected, the general clinical data and Montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA) score of the subjects in the two groups were recorded, and statistical analysis was performed at the same time. Results There was no significant difference in the general clinical data between the two groups (P>0.05). The MoCA score of the study group in the first quarter was higher than that in the first week, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in MoCA score between one year and one week in the study group (P>0.05). The MoCA score of the study group in one year was lower than that in the first quarter, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The MoCA scores of the study group for one week and one year were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in MoCA score between the study group and the control group in the first quarter (P>0.05). In the study group, the Loewenstein occupational therapy cognitive assessment (LOTCA) score in the first quarter was higher than that in the first week, and the LOTCA score in the first year was lower than that in the first quarter, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in LOTCA score between one year after illness and one week after illness in study group (P>0.05). The LOTCA scores of the study group for one week, one quarter and one year were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The mini-mental state examination(MMSE) score of the study group in the first quarter was higher than that in the first week, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in MMSE score between one year after illness and one week after illness in the study group (P>0.05). The MMSE score of the study group in one year was lower than that in the first quarter, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The MMSE scores of the study group for one week, one quarter and one year were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The MoCA scale was used to evaluate the subjects with transient ischemic attack, and it was found that these subjects had extensive mild cognitive impairment after the disease, it is suggested that attention should be paid to the mild cognitive impairment after transient ischemic attack, in order to carry out early intervention and reduce further harm.

93 Occurrence and high risk factors of aggressive behaviors in patients with epilepsy and mental disorders

Objective To explore the occurrence and risk factors of aggressive behaviors in patients with epilepsy (EP) and mental disorders. Methods A total of 120 patients with EP and mental disorders who were admitted to Shangrao Third People's Hospital from June 2018 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects. The modified overt aggression scale (MOAS) was used to assess the aggressive behaviors, and the patients were divided into occurrence group and non-occurrence group (total score<4 means no aggressive behaviour occurred, total score≥4 means aggressive behaviour occurred) according to the MOAS score. Baseline data of the two groups was collected to screen the risk factors of aggressive behaviors in patients with EP and mental disorders through logistic regression analysis. Results Among the 120 patients with EP and mental disorders, there were 45 (37.50%) patients with aggressive behaviors and 75 (62.50%) without aggressive behaviors. Baseline data analysis found that there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in marital status, education level, social support and history of aggressive behavior (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that social support (β=1.097, OR=2.995, 95%CI=1.550-5.787), education level (β=1.159, OR=3.187, 95%CI=1.424-7.132), history of aggressive behavior (β=0.963, OR=3.620, 95%CI=1.276-5.378) and marital status (β=1.067, OR=2.907, 95%CI=1.123-7.520) were independent risk factors of aggressive behaviors in patients with EP and mental disorders (P<0.05). Conclusion Social support, education level, history of aggressive behavior and marital status are risk factors of aggressive behaviors in patients with EP and mental disorders. Close attention should be paid to these factors to take measures to prevent aggressive behaviors timely.

97 Effect of intracranial pressure monitoring on tissue perfusion and prognosis in critically ill patients with nervous system

Objective To explore the application effects of continuous intracranial pressure (ICP) monitoring and nursing intervention in tissue perfusion of patients with severe neurological diseases. Methods A total of 60 patients with severe nervous system diseases treated in Department of Neurosurgery of Xinyu People's Hospital were selected as research subjects from February 2019 to February 2021. They were divided into the monitoring group (n=30) and the control group (n=30) by drawing lots. The control group received routine nursing, while the monitoring group took continuous ICP monitoring nursing intervention. ICP, cerebral perfusion pressure (CPP), Glasgow coma scale (GCS) scores, complications and prognosis were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results After monitoring, the ICP in two groups was lower than that before monitoring, while the CPP was higher than that before monitoring, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). After monitoring, the ICP in the monitoring group was lower than that in the control group, while the CPP was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). After monitoring, the scores of eye opening response, language response and limb movement in two groups were higher than those before monitoring, and the scores of those in the monitoring group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The prognosis grade of the monitoring group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no statistical difference in the complications between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Continuous ICP monitoring of patients with severe nervous system diseases is beneficial to promoting the clinical efficacy, enhancing the cerebral tissue perfusion, improving the prognosis and reducing the incidence rates of complications to a certain extent.

101 Risk factors of nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy in patients with hypertensive and type 2 diabetes

Objective To explore the risk factors of nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy (DR) in hypertensive patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods A total of 100 patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes hospitalized in the Department of Endocrine and Metabolism, the Third Hospital of Nanchang from April 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects. According to the occurrence of nonproliferative DR, they were divided into observation group (n=35, with nonproliferative DR) and control group (n=65, without nonproliferative DR). All patients were followed up for 12 months to compare the incidence of fundus related diseases between the two groups. Logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors of nonproliferative DR in patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes. Results The incidence of fundus related diseases in the observation group was 17.14%, which was higher than 4.62% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There were significant differences in smoking, systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), hemoglobin, total cholesterol (TC) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) between two group (P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that smoking (β=1.495, OR= 6.791, 95%CI=6.312-7.326), SBP too high (β=1.213, OR=5.457, 95%CI=4.698-7.132), DBP too high (β=1.336, OR= 6.632, 95%CI=6.035-7.214), hemoglobin increased (β=1.783, OR=4.313, 95%CI=3.235-7.491), TC increased(β=1.943, OR=5.412, 95%CI=4.951-5.838), HbAlc increased (β=1.669, OR=6.323, 95%CI=4.346-7.982) were risk factors for nonproliferative DR in hypertensive patients with type 2 diabetes. Conclusion The risk factors of nonproliferative DR in hypertensive patients with type 2 diabetes are complex, mainly including smoking, SBP, DBP, hemoglobin, TC and HbA1c. More reasonable preventive intervention measures should be taken for patients with combined risk factors to avoid the occurrence of nonproliferative DR.

105 Distribution and drug resistance analysis of pathogenic bacteria in infected wounds of diabetic foot patients

Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria in infected wounds of patients with diabetic foot (DF). Methods A total of 135 patients with DF with wound infection treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from May 2017 to April 2019 were selected. The samples of infected wound secretions were collected, and the bacterial culture, isolation and identification and drug sensitivity test were carried out. The distribution and drug resistance of pathogens in the infected wound of DF patients were analyzed. Results A total of 149 strains of pathogens were detected in 135 patients with DF with bacterial infection, including 65 strains of Gram-negative bacteria (GNB), accounting for 43.62% (65/149), 73 strains of Gram-positive bacteria (GPB), accounting for 48.99% (73/149), and 11 strains of fungi, accounting for 7.38% (11/149). The results of drug sensitivity test showed that the top three of GPB sensitivity were Linezolid, Moxifloxacin and Vancomycin respectively, and the top three of drug resistance were Penicillin, Oxacillin and Ampicillin respectively; the top three of GNB sensitivity were Imipenem, Meropenem and Amoxicillin/Clavulanic Acid, and the top three of drug resistance were Amoxicillin, Ticarcillin and Ceftazidime. Conclusion GPB and GNB are the main pathogens of wound secretion of DF with bacterial infection, and different pathogens have different drug resistance. Antibiotics should be selected reasonably in combination with the pathogen situation of DF patients.

Objective To investigate the effect of Methimazole combined with131I on thyroid artery and hepatic artery blood flow in patients with hyperthyroidism. Methods A total of 90 patients with hyperthyroidism admitted to Dalian Second People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group and research group by random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given Methimazole treatment, and the research group was given131I treatment on the basis of the control group. The hemodynamics indexes of thyroid artery and hepatic artery were compared between two groups before and after treatment, including mean flow rate (Vm), end diastolic flow rate (Vmin), peak systolic flow rate (Vmax), resistance index (RI) and pulsatile index (PI). Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in thyroid and hepatic arterial hemodynamics indexes between two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the thyroid artery Vm, Vminand Vmaxin the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in thyroid artery RI and PI between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, Vm, Vminand Vmaxof hepatic artery in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in hepatic artery RI and PI between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Compared with oral Methimazole alone, oral Methimazole and131I can improve the blood flow of thyroid artery and hepatic artery in hyperthyroidism patients, which is worthy of promotion.

111 Comparison of CT and MRI findings and their diagnostic value for hepatoblastoma in children

Objective To explore the differences in findings of computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and their diagnostic value for hepatoblastoma (HB) in children. Methods A total of 77 children with suspected HB admitted to Jiangxi Children's Hospital were enrolled beween August 2016 and August 2021. All underwent CT and MRI examinations. The image findings of the two methods were recorded. Taking pathological examination as the golden standard, the two methods were compared by Kappa consistency test. And their diagnostic efficiency for HB children was analyzed. Results In terms of CT findings: There were 60 cases with smooth and quasi-circular lumps, 17 cases with irregular and lobular lumps, 14 cases with calcification, 12 cases with intratumoral hemorrhage and 39 cases with visceral vessel compression. In terms of MRI findings: There were 42 cases with quasi-circular lumps (low signals on T1W1 and high signals on T2W1), 11 cases with intratumoral hemorrhage (high signals on T1W1, mixed high signals on T2W1) and 41 cases with visceral vessel compression. The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and Kappa coefficient values of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of HB were 95.65%, 75.00%, 93.51%, 97.06%, 66.67%, 0.669 and 98.55%, 75.00%, 96.10%, 97.14%, 85.71%, 0.778, respectively. Conclusion The diagnostic value of MRI is relatively higher for HB. It can be applied in the early examination and provide support for formulating treatment plans.

115 Diagnostic value of spectral CT in hemoptysis related responsible vessels

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of spectral CT in responsible blood vessels related to hemoptysis. Methods The clinical data of 59 patients with hemoptysis who underwent interventional embolization in First People's Hospital of Fuzhou from June 2020 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent digital subtraction angiography (DSA) and energy spectral CT examinations, and the DSA examination results were used as the "gold standard" to calculate the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of energy spectral CT in detecting hemoptysis-related responsible blood vessels, and to analyze the correlation between hemoptysis-related responsible blood vessel energy spectral CT and hemoptysis-related responsible blood vessels. DSA imaging features. Results By DSA examination, a total of 124 responsible vessels were detected in 59 patients with hemoptysis, including 82 bronchial arteries (66.13%) and 42 non-bronchial arteries (33.87%). With DSA examination results as the gold standard, the accuracy, specificity and sensitivity of energy spectral CT in detecting responsible vessels related to bronchial arterial hemoptysis were 93.79%, 93.68% and 81.46%, respectively. The accuracy, specificity and sensitivity of spectral CT in detecting responsible vessels related to non-bronchial arterial hemoptysis were 91.53%, 97.23% and 57.14%, respectively. DSA of responsible vessels associated with hemoptysis showed 12 direct signs (extravasation and retention of contrast agent) and 185 indirect signs. There were 9 direct signs (75.00%) and 170 indirect signs (91.89%) of responsible vessels associated with hemoptysis. Conclusion Spectral CT has a high diagnostic efficiency for hemoptysis-related responsible blood vessels, and can clearly display the origin, quantity and imaging characteristics of related responsible blood vessels.

119 Comparison of the value of high-frequency pulmonary ultrasound and X-ray in the diagnosis of neonatal pneumonia

Objective To compare the application of high-frequency pulmonary ultrasound and X-ray in the diagnosis of neonatal pneumonia. Methods A total of 90 neonates with suspected pneumonia admitted to People's Hospital of Yichun City, Jiangxi Province from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. High frequency lung ultrasound and X-ray examination were performed on the selected children respectively. The clinicopathological results were taken as the gold standard, and the diagnostic efficacy of the two methods was calculated and compared. Results Clinicopathological results showed that 84 cases were positive and 6 cases were negative. The examination results of high-frequency pulmonary ultrasound showed that 81 cases were positive and 4 cases were negative. The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive and negative predictive values were 96.43%, 66.67%, 94.44%, 97.59% and 57.14%, respectively. X-ray examination results showed that 75 cases were positive and 2 were negative. The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive and negative predictive values were 89.89%, 33.33%, 85.56%, 94.94% and 18.18%. Conclu-sion Both high-frequency ultrasound and X-ray can help to diagnose neonatal pneumonia. However, the former can achieve better diagnostic performance, and is more suitable for clinical diagnosis of neonatal pneumonia.

122 Application of Aspirin combined with Clopidogrel dual antiplatelet therapy in patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the effect of Aspirin combined with Clopidogrel dual antiplatelet on anticoagulation therapy in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical College from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as research subjects and divided into two groups by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Aspirin alone, and the observation group was treated with Clopidogrel on the basis of the control group. The neurological function (National Institutes of Health stroke scale [NIHSS] score) and coagulation function (activated partial thromboplastin time [APTT], prothrombin time [PT], thrombin time [TT], fibrinogen [FIB] and platelet count [PLT]) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was also analyzed. Results After treatment, the NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the APTT, PT and TT of the two groups were longer than those before treatment, FIB levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in APTT, PT, TT, FIB and PLT levels between the two groups after treatment (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Aspirin combined with Clopidogrel dual antiplatelet therapy can effectively improve the neurological function of patients with acute cerebral infarction, prolong their coagulation time, and protect the life and health of patients with good safety.

126 Effect of Dapagliflozin Tablets on blood glucose, insulin resistance and matrix metalloproteinase-2 in diabetic patients

Objective To investigate the effect of Dapagliflozin Tablets on blood glucose, insulin resistance and matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) in diabetic patients. Methods A total of 200 diabetic patients from Fujian Provincial Hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 100 patients in each group. The control group was treated with Metformin, and the observation group was treated with Dapagliflozin Tablets. The total effective rate, fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2 h postprandial blood glucose (2 h PG), fasting insulin (FINS), insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) and MMP-2 contents were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group (90.00%) was higher than that in control group (65.00%), and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in FBG, 2 h PG, FINS, HOMA-IR and MMP-2 content between the two groups (P>0.05). The FBG, 2 h PG, FINS, HOMA-IR and MMP-2 content in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the FBG, 2 h PG, FINS, HOMA-IR and MMP-2 content in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Con-clusion Dapagliflozin Tablets can effectively reduce blood glucose in diabetic patients, and has a significant effect on improving insulin resistance and inhibiting MMP-2 level.

130 Observation of curative effect of Modified Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with moxibustion in intervening negative emotions in patients with ankylosing spondylitis

Objective To investigate the application effect of Modified Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with moxibustion in intervening negative emotions in patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS). Methods A total of 60 AS patients who were treated in the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology, Jiujiang No.1 People's Hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects, they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine intervention, while the observation group was treated with Modified Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with moxibustion. The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and negative emotions (self-rating depression scale [SDS] and self-rating anxiety scale [SAS]) before intervention and after 3 months of intervention and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the intervention period were compared between the two groups. Results After 3 months of intervention, the traditonal Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, and the score of observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After 3 months of intervention, the SDS and SAS scores of two groups were lower than those before the intervention, and the scores of observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). During the intervention period, there were no adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion Modified Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with moxibustion can relieve the clinical symptoms of AS patients and improve the negative emotions of patients.

133 Clinical effect of Taohuang Ointment combined with Gout Formula in the treatment of acute attack of gout in patients with peptic ulcer

Objective To observe the effect of external application of Taohuang Ointment combined with Gout Formula in the treatment of acute attack of gout in patients with peptic ulcer. Methods A total of 50 patients with acute attack of peptic ulcer complicated with gout treated in Zhongshan Tanzhou People's Hospital from January 2021 to April 2022 were selected as research objects, they were divided into single group and combined group according to random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The single group was treated with Gout Formula, and the combined group was treated with Gout Formula combined with Taohuang Ointment. After treatment, the therapeutic effect, the degree of pain (visual analogue scale [VAS]) and serum related indexes (C-reactive protein [CRP] and blood uric acid [UA]) of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the single group, the overall therapeutic effect was better than that of the single group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The VAS score of the combined group after treatment was lower than that of the single group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The expression of serum CRP and UA in the combined group after treatment were lower than those in the single group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion External application of Taohuang Ointment combined with Gout Formula can significantly improve the treatment effect of patients with peptic ulcer complicated with acute gout attack, shorten the treatment time, alleviate the pain process of gout attack, reduce the use rate of hormones and non steroidal drugs, and correct the abnormal expression of serum CRP and UA.

137 Application effect of acupoint application combined with auricular plaster therapy in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To investigate the application effect of acupoint application combined with auricular plaster therapy in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods A total of 60 patients with COPD treated in Leping Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital between July and December 2021 were selected as research objects. They were divided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30) by random number table method. Patients in control group were given conventional drug treatment. On this basis, patients in observation group were given acupoint application combined with auricular plaster therapy. The therapeutic effect, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test (CAT) scores, 6-minute walk test (6MWT) and lung function indicators (forced expiratory volume in one second [FEV1], forced vital capacity [FVC]) were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total response rate in observation group (93.33%) was higher than that in control group (70.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the 6MWT, FEV1and FVC in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the CAT score in observation group was lower than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupoint application combined with auricular plaster therapy is effective in the treatment of patients with COPD, which can improve lung function, activity endurance, and quality of life of the patients.

140 Clinical effect of Chinese herbal fumigation combined with auricular point pressing bean in the treatment of sleep disorder after ischemic stroke

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Chinese herbal fumigation combined with auricular acupoint pressing bean in the treatment of sleep disorder after ischemic stroke. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted and a total of 88 patients with sleep disorder after ischemic stroke hospitalized in the Department of Rehabilitative Medicine of the Second Provincial Central Hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research subjects. According to the different treatment methods, the patients were divided into control group (49 cases) and observation group (39 cases). The control group was treated with conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with Chinese herbal fumigation combined with auricular point pressing bean on the basis of conventional treatment. The scores and total scores of Pittsburg sleep quality index (PSQI) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups, and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results After 14 days of treatment, the sleep quality, sleep latency, sleep time, daytime function scores and PSQI total score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Chinese herbal fumigation combined with auricular point pressing bean can effectively improve sleep quality, sleep time and daytime function of patients with sleep disorder after ischemic stroke, which can provide a new plan for sleep disorder after ischemic stroke treatment.

144 Investigation on the status quo of follow-up service demand and the application effect of artificial intelligence combined with manual follow-up model in discharged patients after day surgery

Objective To investigate the status quo of follow-up service demand and the application effect of artificial intelligence (AI) combined with manual follow-up model in discharged patients after day surgery. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients who underwent day surgery and were discharged from Renji Hospital, Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine from November 2020 to January 2021, and then recovered at home were selected as the research subjects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine follow-up through telephone, and the observation group received AI combined with manual follow-up. The status quo of follow-up service demand of discharged patients after day surgery was investigated. The successful rate of phone call, follow-up efficiency and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups after follow-up. Results Of the 100 patients followed up, 99% said that they needed follow-up services after discharge, 95% said that they needed medication and rehabilitation guidance after discharge, and 92% said that the follow-up was comprehensive. There was no statistically significant difference in the success rate of phone call between the two groups (P>0.05). The effective rates of follow-up in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion AI combined with manual follow-up model is equivalent to routine manual follow-up in terms of the success rate of phone call. Meanwhile, it can significantly improve the follow-up efficiency and patient satisfaction, which can be used for clinical promotion.

148 Analysis of monitoring results of four common foodborne pathogenic microorganisms in Dalian from 2012 to 2017

Objective To investigate the monitoring results of 4 common foodborne pathogenic microorganisms in food in Dalian from 2012 to 2017, and to provide scientific basis for the effective prevention and control of foodborne diseases. Methods According to the requirements of Liaoning Province foodborne disease surveillance work plan, four common foodborne pathogenic microorganisms were monitored in 2831 samples collected from 18 categories from 2012 to 2017, and the data were collated and the results were analyzed. Results The highest detection rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in 2831 samples was 12.11%. Among the different years, the highest detection rate of pathogenic bacteria was 4.68% in 2016. The detection rates of pathogenic bacteria in aquatic products, fresh water products, meat and meat products were 7.37%, 6.32% and 3.63%, respectively. The highest detection rate of pathogenic bacteria in bulk samples in different packages was 2.44%. The highest detection rate of pathogenic bacteria in different sampling sites was 4.10%. Conclusion There is a hidden danger of foodborne pathogenic microorganism infection in food safety in Dalian, and the pollution of aquatic products is serious. Targeted research on whether it is related to climate and water quality is the direction to be explored in the future. Meanwhile, it is suggested to strengthen disinfection supervision in farmers' markets to prevent the occurrence of food poisoning and ensure the food safety of residents.

152 Analysis of epidemiological characteristics of children hospitalized due to unintentional injuries in Guangdong Women and Children Hospital from 2015 to 2020

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of unintentional injuries among the aged≤12 years in Guangdong Women and Children Hospital, so as to provide a scientific basis for the development of relevant prevention measures and intervention methods. Methods The children of age from 0 to 12 hospitalized for the first time due to unintentional injuries from January 2015 to December 2020,which were extracted from database of the first page data of inpatient medical records. The distribution characteristics of the injury types, injury part of children in different gender and age groups were analyzed by descriptive statistics. Results The medical records of 1283 hospitalized children with unintentional injuries were collected, ranging in age from 0 to 12 years old. 770 boys accounted for 60%, 513 girls accounted for 40%, with the sex ration of boy to girl was 1.5∶1. The top three causes of the unintentional injuries case were falling (43.7%), foreign body entering through natural orifice (30.5%) and poisoning (10.2%). There were significant difference in injury type between different age groups (χ2=225.721, P<0.01). The most common injury part of body were head and face (37.3%), natural orifice (30.4%) and upper limb (9.2%), with significant difference in injury part between different age groups (χ2=364.834, P<0.01). Conclusion The mainly causes of the unintentional injuries case were falling, foreign body entering through natural orifice and poisoning, while the common injury part of body were head and face, natural orifice and upper limb. Parents and relevant departments should strengthen the management of unintentional falling, foreign body entering through natural orifice and poisoning in children, so as to reduce the occurrence of children's unintentional injury.

156 Analysis of one case of fixed erythema drug eruption due to Xuesaitong Injection (lyophilized)

Objective To explore one case of skin anaphylaxis induced by Xuesaitong Injection (lyophilized) and provide safe references for clinical prescriptions. Methods The possible causes of severe fixed erythema induced by Xuesaitong Injection (lyophilized) and treatment protocols were studied and summarized by analyzing the medical records of a patient in October 2019. Results A 73-year-old female patient with coronary arteriosclerosis received an intravenous Xuesaitong Injection (lyophilized), 400 mg once a day. On the first day after admission, after five minutes, the patient developed skin rash with pruritus on both lower limbs, over the next few days the skin rash gradually increased and the pruritus aggravated. Some skin rashes were macular, with blisters in the center, accompanied by burning pain. The fixed annular drug eruption was considered. Xuesaitong Injection (lyophilized) was discontinued right away, and intravenous infusion of Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate, oral Methylprednisolone Tablets and other medicine was given sequentially as anti-allergy therapy and symptomatic support treatment. The symptoms on the patient's skin were relieved gradually. Conclusion Xuesaitong Injection (lyophilized) may cause severe drug eruption when it is used for the first time. Clinicians should be alert to closely observe, early identify the adverse drug reactions caused by Xuesaitong Injection (lyophilized), to discontinue suspected medicine in time and actively deal with it.

Objective To summarize the nursing of a patient underwent tracheotomy with difficult airway and multiplebacterial resistance infection. Methods A patient with post-tracheotomy with difficult airway and multiple-bacterial resistance infection was selected. With the type of patients with difficult airway, nursing points include nursing care was personalized, protection and isolation were of multiple-bacterial resistance infection, airway management was still important during post-tracheotomy. Results After careful treatment and nursing, the patient was transferred out of the general ward successfully on the 5th day, discharged when 14 days in hospital. At follow-up after discharge on the 14th day, the patient was on good mental condition, able to take food orally, active recovery. The patient can walk gradually. Conclusion Difficult airway, patients with multiple -bacterial resistance infection after tracheotomy in science, reasonable of multidisciplinary care after the intervention, can help ease of complications by difficult airway, shorten the time in hospital, lighten the patient's psychological stress and pain, promote patients recover at an early date.

163 Effects of predictive nursing on jaundice index and growth and development of premature infants in NICU

Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing in premature infants in neonatal intensive care center (NICU). Methods A total of 60 premature infants admitted to the NICU of the People's Hospital of Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province from July 2020 to February 2021 were selected as research objects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine intervention, and the observation group received predictive nursing on the basis of routine intervention. The jaundice -related conditions, growth and development, mental development and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the growth and development and intelligence development between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05). The jaundice index in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the time of meconium turning yellow, the duration of jaundice, and the time of phototherapy were all shorter than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The incidence of pathological jaundice in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After intervention, the body length and head circumference in two groups were longer than those before intervention, and the body weight in two groups was heavier than that before intervention, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The body length and head circumference in observation group were longer than those in control group, and the body weight in observation group was heavier than that in control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Objective To analyze the application effect of multidisciplinary assisted rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients with laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery in Yunfu Peoples Hospital from April 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine rehabilitation nursing, and the patients in the observation group were treated with multidisciplinary assisted rapid rehabilitation nursing. The perioperative conditions (operation time, intraoperative bleeding, catheter retention time, time to get out of bed and start activities, total hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses), postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery (postoperative recovery time of exhaust time, recovery time of bowel sounds, recovery time of eating, recovery time of defecation, abdominal distension score, bowel sounds score), the levels of C-reactive protein and leukocyte count before and 24 hours after operation, and the incidence of adverse reactions (intestinal adhesion, constipation, abdominal abscess, lower extremity venous thrombosis, bleeding, pulmonary infection, anastomotic fistula) were compared between the two groups. Results The indwelling time of catheter, the time of getting out of bed and starting activities, and the total hospitalization time of patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, andthe hospitalization expenses of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no significant difference in the operation time and intraoperative bleeding between the two groups (P>0.05). The postoperative recovery time of exhaust, the recovery time of bowel sounds, the recovery time of eating and the recovery time of defecation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the abdominal distension score and bowel sounds score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no significant differences between the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions such as intestinal adhesion, constipation, abdominal abscess, lower extremity venous thrombosis, bleeding, pulmonary infection, anastomotic fistula (P>0.05). The levels of C-reactive protein and leukocyte count in the observation group at 24 hours after operation were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Using multidisciplinary assisted rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal tract after operation and the recovery of related indicators during perioperative period, and reduce inflammatory reaction.

172 Effect of circular nursing mode on treatment compliance and quality of life in patients undergoing breast cancer surgery after intravenous infusion port chemotherapy

Objective To explore the effect of circular nursing mode on the compliance and quality of life of patients after breast cancer surgery. Methods A total of 120 patients with breast cancer who were treated with totally implantable venous access port in Jiangxi Cancer Hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were divided into control group (60 cases) and observation group (60 cases) using the random number table method. The control group was given traditional nursing methods, and the observation group was given circular nursing management mode. The treatment compliance, quality of life score, sleep quality score, health knowledge and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the score of quality of life between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05). The score of quality of life in the observation group after nursing was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The treatment compliance, health knowledge mastery and nursing satisfaction in the observation group after nursing were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in sleep quality scores between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05). The sleep quality score of the two groups after nursing was lower than that before nursing, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The sleep quality score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of circular nursing mode in patients undergoing breast cancer surgery after intravenous infusion port chemotherapy has better application effect in improving patients' compliance and improving their quality of life.

177 Application value of quality control circle management in reducing the rate of intravenous infusion in pediatric patients

Objective To observe and analyze the application value of quality control circle management in reducing the rate of intravenous fluid exudation in pediatric patients. Methods A total of 1208 infusion children who were admitted to Hengyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May to September 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group (604 cases) and the experimental group (604 cases) by random drawing. The children in the control group were treated with conventional nursing method, while the patients in the experimental group were treated with the quality control circle management method. The rate of infusion exudation, the nursing satisfaction of parents and the evaluation of parents on nursing quality were compared between the two groups. Results The infusion exudation rate of the experimental group after nursing intervention was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After nursing intervention, the satisfaction scores of parents in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group in terms of work quality, health education, risk awareness and service attitude, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Quality control circle activities can effectively reduce the exudation rate of intravenous infusion in children, improve parental satisfaction, improve the quality of hospital care, and have better application effects.

181 Effect of different nursing methods during operation waiting period on preoperative anxiety of patients with gynecological benign tumors undergoing single hole laparoscopic surgery

Objective To explore the effect of different nursing methods in the waiting period on preoperative anxiety of patients with gynecological benign tumors underwent single hole laparoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 150 patients with gynecological benign tumors who underwent single hole laparoscopic surgery in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Second People's Hospital of Jingdezhen from April to December 2020 were selected as the intervention objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into repose group (50 cases), music intervention group (50 cases) and cognitive intervention group (50 cases). The repose group lied in the hospital bed during the waiting period for surgery, the music intervention group used music intervention during the waiting period of operation, and the cognitive intervention group carried out cognitive nursing intervention. The anxiety level, heart rate and blood pressure of the three groups were compared. Results After intervention, the visual analogue scale for anxiety (VASA) scores of cognitive intervention group and music intervention group were lower than those of repose group, the VASA score of cognitive intervention group was lower than that of music intervention group, the blood pressure (diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure) and heart rate of cognitive intervention group and music intervention group were lower than those of repose group, the blood pressure and heart rate of cognitive intervention group were lower than those of music intervention group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with gynecological benign tumors undergoing single hole laparoscopic surgery, cognitive and music intervention in their waiting period can better improve their preoperative anxiety than reposing, and the effect of reducing heart rate and blood pressure is better. Compared with music intervention, cognitive intervention has better effect.

185 Application effect of one disease one product combined with precise nursing model in improving nursing of patients with stoma after rectal cancer surgery

Objective To explore the application of one disease one product combined with precise nursing model in improving nursing of patients with stoma after rectal cancer surgery. Methods A total of 82 patients with stoma after rectal cancer surgery who were admitted to General Hospital of Pingxiang Mining Group Co., Ltd. from October 2020 to December 2021 were selected. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 41 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received one disease one product combined with precise nursing model of intervention. The incidence of complications, the discoloration, erosion and tissue overgrowth (DET) score, the MOS 36-item short form health survey (SF-36) score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications and DET score in observation group were lower than those in control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of physiological function (PF), role physical (RP), body pain (BP), general health (GH), vitality (VT), social function (SF), role emotional (RE), and mental health (MH) in the SF-36 of observation group were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction scores of nursing skills, nursing attitude, humanistic care, ward environment and health guidance in observation group were higher than those in control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The one disease one product combined with precise nursing model can reduce complications in patients with stoma after rectal cancer surgery, improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the patients.

189 Application effect of diet nursing intervention based on fast track surgery theory in urological laparoscopic surgery patients

Objective To explore the application effect of diet nursing intervention based on fast track surgery theory in urological laparoscopic surgery patients. Methods A total of 78 patients with urological laparoscopic surgery admitted to the Nanhua University Second Affiliated Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group (n=39) and the study group (n=39). The gastrointestinal function, the MOS item short form health survey (SF-36) score, complications, satisfaction and hospitalization were compared between the two groups. Results The time of first feeding, bowel sounds, exhaust and defecation in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The SF-36 scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The length of stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in hospitalization expenses between the two groups (P>0.05). The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In urology clinic, the implementation of diet nursing intervention based on the theory of fast track surgery for patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery can improve the gastrointestinal function and quality of life of patients, reduce the occurrence of complications, shorten the length of hospital stay to a certain extent, and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing work.

193 Application effect of interactive health education in elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective To explore the effect of interactive health education in elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction in the Department of Neurology of Ninth Hospital of Xi'an from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine symptomatic nursing, and the patients in the observation group were treated with routine symptomatic nursing combined with interactive health education. The stroke specific quality of life scale (SS-QOL) score, National Institutes of Health stroke scale (NIHSS) score and Barthel index of ADL (Barthel) score were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in the scores of language, self-care ability, social role, activity ability, energy, personality and family role before nursing (P>0.05). After nursing, the scores of language, self-care ability, social role, activity ability, energy, personality and family role in two groups were higher than those before nursing, and the scores of language, self-care ability, social role, activity ability, energy, personality and family role in the obversation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in NIHSS score between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05). After nursing, the NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in Barthel score between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05). After nursing, the Barthel scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and the Barthel score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Interactive health education can improve patients' cognitive behavior and neuro logical function. It is suitable for the nursing of elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction.
