Abstract Objective To summarize the nursing of a patient underwent tracheotomy with difficult airway and multiplebacterial resistance infection. Methods A patient with post-tracheotomy with difficult airway and multiple-bacterial resistance infection was selected. With the type of patients with difficult airway, nursing points include nursing care was personalized, protection and isolation were of multiple-bacterial resistance infection, airway management was still important during post-tracheotomy. Results After careful treatment and nursing, the patient was transferred out of the general ward successfully on the 5th day, discharged when 14 days in hospital. At follow-up after discharge on the 14th day, the patient was on good mental condition, able to take food orally, active recovery. The patient can walk gradually. Conclusion Difficult airway, patients with multiple -bacterial resistance infection after tracheotomy in science, reasonable of multidisciplinary care after the intervention, can help ease of complications by difficult airway, shorten the time in hospital, lighten the patient's psychological stress and pain, promote patients recover at an early date.
