Objective To explore the effects of nalbuphine hydrochloride on Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and Interleukin-6(IL-6)for patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy during one lung ventilation(OLV).M ethods Fortyfour patients were selected form April to August 2016,undergoned open radical esophagectomy and were randomly divided into two groups(n=22).One group was received intravenous infusion of nalbuphine hydrochloride 0.2 mg/kg (Group N)and theothergroupwasreceived thesamevolumeofsaline in thesameway(Group C)before inductionofanesthesia. Blood samples were collected before the anesthesia induction(T0),20 min after two lung ventilation(T1),at 30 min(T2), 60 min(T3)after OLV and 10 min after again two lung ventilation(T4)for determination of serum TNF-αand IL-6 concentrations. Results Comparedwith T0,the levelof TNF-αat T3,T4and the levelof IL-6 atT4were significantly increased in the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with Group C,the level of TNF-αat T3,T4and the level of IL-6 at T4were significantly decreased in Group N(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous nalbuphine hydrochloride 0.2 mg/kg before induction of anesthesia can inhibit the level of TNF-αand IL-6 and reduce inflammatory response in the patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy with OLV.
