应用发泡胶固定头颈肩在头颈部肿瘤调强放疗中的临床研究

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical value of styrofoam used to fix head,neck and shoulder in intensity modulated radiation therapy.M ethods 60 caseswith head and neck cancer treated buy our hospital from March to November 2015 and they were randomly divided into control group and research group,and each group had 30 cases.Conventional pillow and head and neck shoulder film fixation was used for fixing head and neck shoulder in control group,while styrofoam and head and neck shoulder film fixation was used in control group when radiotherapy.Clinical effect between groupswas compared.Results The repeatability(100.0％),conformal(100.0％)and comfort(96.7％)of the research group was higher than that in the control group(73.3％,66.7％and 66.7％)respectively,and the differenceswere statistically significant(P＜0.01).Conclusion Styrofoam used in radiotherapy of head,neck and shoulder with fixed position to provide a more comfortable,more adapted to head and neck type and having better repeated effect.Itmakes patients with head and neck cancer radiotherapy getmore comfortable and effectivemethod so as to ensure the smooth progress of its treatment.
