| Efficacy and toxicity analysis of several antidepressants in treating female patientsw ith depression |

Abstract Objective To explore and compare antidepressantmedications commonly used in clinical efficacy and side effects of female patientswith depression analysis.M ethods 89 cases in our hospital for treatment of female depression patients from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the subject of and were randomly divided into four groups ofⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,they were given Risperidone,Paroxetine,Venlafaxine,of Los paroxetine observation and treatmented for 12 weeks,before the treatment and on the 2,6,12 weeks,the effect were evaluated by Clinical Global Impression scale (CGI),Montgomery-Asberg depression Rating scale(MADRS),16 fast Xiang depression questionnaire(QIDS-C16)and 17-item Hamilton depression Rating scale(HAMD-17),the course of treatmentadverse drug reactionswas assessed by emergence of treatment symptom scale(TESS)and laboratory inspectionmethods.Results There were significant differences between the four groups after treatment(P＜0.05).Thereweremore insomnia in groupⅠthan thatof groupⅡ,and less nausea and vomiting than the other three groups.The weight gain wasmore than the other groups.The constipation of groupⅢ,ⅡandⅢweremore than that of groupⅠandⅣ,the differenceswere significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Four kinds of antidepressant drugs for female depression,have different degrees of curative effect.The duloxetine drugs may work faster than other drugs.According to the specific circumstances of patients,targeted selection of appropriate drugs,can significantly improve the clinical cure rate and quality of life of patients to avoid patients with intolerable adverse reactions,reduce pain in patients.
