探讨地塞米松联合尿激酶治疗结核性胸膜炎的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Dexamethasone combined with urokinase in the treatment of tuberculous pleurisy.Methods 50 patientswith tuberculous pleurisy from January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected,and were randomly dividied into the control group and the observation group,with 25 cases in each group. The control group was given thoracic injection of Dexamethasone,and the observation group was given thoracic injection of Dexamethasone combined with urokinase.The effective rate of treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions,the total volume of pleural effusion,the thickness of pleura,the disappearing time of pleural effusion and the quality of life of the patients before and after treatmentwere compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of control group,and the incidence of adverse eventswas lower than that of control group(P＜0.05);the total volume of pleural effusion in the observation group wasmore than that of control group after the treatment,and the thickness of pleura and disappearing time of pleural effusion were less than those of control group.FEV1and FVC were better than those of control group(P＜0.05);there was no significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05);after treatment,the quality of life in the two groups of patients were improved,and the improvement of life of quality in the observation group was better than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Dexamethasone combined with urokinase in the treatment of tuberculous pleurisy has significant effects,and is able to improve the disappearing time of patient′s clinical symptoms,and reduce adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
